The room was lovely and had the basics of what we needed. The only downfalls were the window being in the corner and the heating system not working as the room was still cold but everything else was perfect for a night. Right in the city centre so you don’t need buses or taxis for exploring the city.

The location of this hotel is very good, yet quiet and prosperous. 
Due to flight delays, we arrived early in the morning, but the hotel has a 24-hour front desk service, so there was no problem checking in early in the morning.
Entering the room, the hotel is very spacious and the space feels very comfortable and leisurely👍

Lovely hotel staff lovely and friendly and helpfull breakfast fantastic especially the porridge only thing is the room we were in small window frosted glass couldnt see out of room very dark other than that no over complaints

Very convenient location to everything shopping and restaurants. Parking was a bit away but very easy to find thanks to front desk staff. Room was comfortable and clean.

The bed was missing sheets. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable, and unfortunately we were near the elevator- so very noisy. Did not sleep well. Appeared to be a well updated hotel, but did not have the greatest of stays.

Great location central to everything, Staff very friendly and Helpful, Lovely Breakfast only awkward thing Parking was just over a 5minute walk away ok in fine weather but wouldn't fancy it in our normal rainy climate carrying luggage. P.S. would stay there again.

Very noisy, dreadful sleep due to the noise. Receptionist staff not friendly or helpful. Having a shower and the floor gets soaked because it's half a shower door. Full door needed. Floor in the bathroom creaks when you walk on it.
Bed very comfortable. Just a pity about my lack of sleep.
