The room is clean, but the decoration is relatively early and the facilities are a bit old. The atmosphere of the hotel's restaurant is very good. The music plays until late at night, around 11 o'clock. When dining in the morning, I can face the small waterfall, which makes me feel quite comfortable. The front desk and restaurant services are both good.

Much fancier than the pictures. Breakfast is amazing, especially with the waterfall as a backdrop. Rooms comfortable and well kept. Close enough to lots of bars and restaurants without being too noisy.

Hotel and staff are overall very nice. Cask bar has great cocktails and tapas.
We stayed in one of the apartments down the street. The 1-bedroom apartment was very nice with modern furnishings and a nice bathroom. The downside is that our unit shared a wall with a bar/night club that played loud music. Th e crowd noise and music continue until after midnight and make it impossible to sleep in the bedroom. You could not hear the noise in the living room and we would have tried to sleep there if there was a pullout sofa. I would not recommend staying in the apartments in #58 just due to the noise. If your unit is adjacent to the bar, the noise in the sleeping room is loud. If you are in the front of the building, you can hear the people from the bar on the street. I would try the rooms in the hotel or one of the apartments in the hotel proper.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel in close proximity to Cork train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.
