We had the most wonderful time at this hotel!!! From the gentlemen who greeted us at the door, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, every interaction with staff was top notch. So many little touches made our stay special, We were greeted at check in with whiskey, the snacks in the room were a wonderful surprise, and our room even had its own Christmas tree! We utilized the concierge to make a dinner reservation for us and book a taxi into town, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean. Plenty of on-site parking with valet service offered. We utilized the outdoor hot tub which was great after a long day of walking. We ate dinner at the bistro and the food was amazing. This hotel was a highlight of our trip, we are so glad we stayed here!

This is my third time staying at Hayfield and I’m not sure how it is possible to stay in such a beautiful luxurious place but have it feel so homely at the same time. I really think the staff make it special they are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It isn’t often you stay somewhere and think the staff really all love their jobs. The food is amazing, breakfast is cooked fresh no hot buffet and the choice is huge. We ate dinner in their restaurant Perrott’s and it did not disappoint. If you are looking for a break you will want to repeat every year I highly recommend Hayfield Manor.

Once again a fantastic stay. This is one of those hotels where you feel comfortable, relaxed, happy, satisfied and it’s all through the fabulous work of the staff. The room was lovely, the pre dinner drinks in the bar relaxing and the food in the restaurant outstanding. I had a reflexology treatment in the spa and I am struggling to remember the name of the staff member (Katie?) but it was just lovely. Thank you again for keeping those wonderful standards up. This is one of our treat places!

We enjoyed a gorgeous night in Hayfield Manor. From the minute we arrived to the hotel we were greeted by the warmest, most welcoming staff. The level of service was second to none. While waiting for our room we enjoyed a lovely lunch in the bar. The room itself was magnificent, spacious and elegant decor. We enjoyed a fantastic ground well-being massage in the spa. The comfort and quality of the spa and treatment water outstanding. From there, we enjoyed a five course meal in Orchids restaurant and the quality and presentation of the food was out of this world. Breakfast on the morning of check out offered a huge array of options and again the quality was outstanding. The level of service was second to none. John Burchill and his amazing team were on hand to help us with any requests during our stay, making us feel at home and so comfortable. I couldn’t recommend Hayfield Manor enough and we look forward to our next stay already :)

Just back from a weekend in hayfield manor. It was the most beautiful place to stay. You are instantly met by such friendly staff. Dalton who greeted us at reception couldn't have made us feel more welcome and relaxed. The spa was fabulous and Karen was so lovely and made me feel relaxed from the minute I met her. All the staff are amazing and so very helpful. The food was outstanding. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be going back.

Hayfield Manor is a beautiful place to stay! The the entire staff was so accommodating and friendly!! Mary at reception couldn’t have been more lovely! A quick taxi ride away into Cork City, we enjoyed the best of both worlds. The grounds were landscaped beautifully and the hotel was very clean. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Hayfield and recommend to other guests visiting Ireland!

We had a very pleasant weekend (12-14/04/2024) staying at the hotel. I had arranged a surprise weekend away with my husband to celebrate his birthday and he very much enjoyed the culinary delights on offer in Hayfield. I must commend all the staff on their welcome and a professionalism during our stay. In particular Stephen and all the waiting staff in Orchid’s Restaurant our first evening, They were attentive without being intrusive and thoughtful. Stephen overheard me referencing my husband’s birthday and surprised us with a little birthday plate - A simple but thoughtful gesture. Our experience would have been 5 star except that we had very poor sleep each night due to the mattress on the bed in the room (307). It would appear to be in need of replacement. I brought it to the attention of staff on Saturday evening and they kindly provided a second mattress topper which gave a small amount of extra comfort on our second night. I also mentioned it on check out so that it might be addressed for future guests. Despite the discomfort of the bed, I would hope to return to Hayfield Manor in the future as every other aspect of our stay was wonderful.

The staff in Hayfield Manor are what earns it its 5 star status. There wasn’t one staff member who wasn’t excellent. The hotel itself is very homely and comfortable, although to be fair it could do with a little refresh. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious and the bed was very very comfortable.

Everything you would expect from a hotel of this rating. Impressive from outside with adequate secure parking. Rooms are well stocked with all necessary items and particular nice touch of a chocolate gift on pillows. Evening meal in the Bistro was excellent along with the morning breakfast which was well stocked to meet most requirements. in particular the service in all areas was absolutely perfect. Will certainly be staying again.
