Pro: it’s in a good location and 24 hr front desk help Con: the rooms are not clean, the bathroom was flooding in the shower, there was a strong smell of smoke, no in room phone, rather dark rooms I did speak to the front desk person and she did move me to another room, while this helped it was inconvenient. Would not stay again

Not all information is listed on website, hair over the bedding, stained carpet, first room shower so small I couldn't shut the door then moved to accessible room, would say its not worth the money, as notbreally a hotel more a backpackers, no tea or coffee in the room, have to go to a certain floor where a kettle, tras and coffees are. And they don't advertise accessible rooms.

Nice hotel with decent amenities. Street noise can be a bit much but it was a Friday night so that was part of it. Staff was courteous and helpful. Overall I would recommend a stay here.

Very good location. Small but have everything you need. I stay one day and it’s fine for me.

It is a small room

The location of the hotel is very convenient and safe. It is also very close to the Airlink bus station. Because it is summer, the corridor is a bit hot and the TV sometimes lags and is slow, but you don't need to watch TV when you are here.

There is a laundry room and dryer

Me and a friend stayed in this hotel as we were reallt struggling to find affordable accommodation in Cork for our trip so decided to stay in REZz for 3 nights. Like the title says it's extremely overpriced for what it is. Great location but the rooms were dusty with greasy finger and hand prints on the wall so obviously hadn't been cleaned properly. The shower was on the ceiling of the bathroom without a detachable head so you'd need a shower cap and water wouldn't exceed a warm temperature so no hot showers here. The rooms were tiny with barely any storage space and nowhere to hang clothes or put belongings and it just felt overall very dirty and dingy. At the very least free tea and coffee were provided in the little canteens but I did not want to hang around in there because of how gross it felt. Sound proofing was pretty awful could hear next door's guests talking luckily nothing else. It's OK for one night I'd say but no more.

I am from East Cork and stayed in Rezz Cork in Room 403 on October 5th 2024 but according to Rezz, the premises is closed for 12months! Paid usual price but obviously this 'hotel' should not have had guests staying. No bar service, rooms obviously not cleaned -read on. The rooms are not fit for purpose. I stayed here over the last few years and understood what it's aim was: small, convenient, a room simply to sleep and a shower and I accepted this basic service as it was always clean, very clean. Now? Absolutely appalling sub-standard and unhygienic to say the least. Pictures tell their own storey. Brown finger stains on walls, uncleaned and blocked shower, stained and unhoovered carpet. Rezz group should be AVOIDED.

The room was incredibly small but this was as advertised and it was ok for just staying the night but it felt a bit dirty as the walls were bare and not very clean and it was quite dusty. The shower leaked so our bathroom flooded every time we showered and the window did not close properly so a draught came through all night, our room was cold and the door kept banging.

The room was pretty dirty with hand prints smeared all over the walls and tv. Dust covered most surfaces, bathroom drain covered in mold and backed up water.

The rooms are tiny. That's what you would expect. Worse, though, was the paper-thin walls. I could hear the couple next door talking as if they were present in the room with me. I paid €180 for a room where I could stretch out my arms either side and touch the walls.

This was over priced and noisy. The lift carpet was by far the most disgusting example of the level of cleaning not dine! Shower had insecure drain cover & clearly had not been properly cleaned for quite some time. Shame on manager - if there is one?

With the exception of no access to microwave as it was removed from.service kitchen overall very good
