3 of us stayed here for 6 days and it was an amazing trip. The dining options were amazing, not one bad meal. The rooms are HUGE and they come with lots of options with the all inclusive. For example, rum/beer/vodka/red wine/beer/soda/chips/candy. The pool is so fun and the swim up bar made the trip. A couple of people to highlight is Coco Chaneil who worked the pool, daytime projects like painting and aloe and also at the theatre at night during the nightly events. She was AMAZING. And Augustus at the swim up bar. These 2 folks made the trip and should be sought after by all guests. The only 2 cons for folks is the buffet is breakfast only, which isn’t normal and was unexpected. Though with 7 dining options not a big deal. And 2nd the beach is very narrow if you like to have a big beach party. It is wide enough to fit chairs and walkable - but only wide enough for a row of some lounge chairs. All in all, I give this place a total recommendation for couples, friends groups and big parties. Single travelers might find it more difficult if they don’t like dining alone without the buffet option. Review: A!

The Excellence Oyster Bay was fabulous! The Jamaican food selections are great, the staff is very attentive and there were many spots on the beach. Only minor issues getting in for dinner at restaurants. There should be a buffet option when all restaurants are booked. This is our 2nd time there and we’re already planning our next trip!

This property was beautiful, service was great. The staff is amazing. Minor upkeep needed in rooms and balcony. Stayed in one of the beach house suites, when booking didn’t understand that to be on the ground floor I needed to book the beach front rooms (and once I arrived they said they couldn’t make any changes on site). Our pool kept on draining and was empty, but they swiftly came to fix it. Many restaurants and bar options. Always surrounded with a view of the ocean. Tried the spa services and it was one of my best massages. I will be back hopefully to a beachfront room in the beach house

The property is very nice. The staff is very friendly professional and helpful and respectful. My only concern was that the bathroom in the room could have been more private because even though it’s an adult only resort not everyone sharing a room is a couple

Evey other I called the front desk no one answered. I call back over and iver...get transferred and they still dont answer. Cart service takes forever..i walked a few times and my mom had to walk as.well.with a bad knee... I did love Alex the butler and margerie that makes the omelets at the kitchen table...excellent attitudes and service...Alex is the reason i come back

Been in two other Excellence Properties and this one was nit up to the standards. Plunge pool was not clean and not working properly and Room was not serviced for three days. Staff was friendly but lacked direction. On an ironic note, no need foor an alarm clock. The fogging of the property at 6:00 daily will wake you up.

I left about $4,000 worth of computer equipment by the pool for about 3 hours while I went to eat .. totally forgot it
Came back, it was all still there !!! And what surprised me was that the staff opened the sun umbrella to make sure my equipment was protected from the sun … No Lie !
