Very clean, extremely friendly, food was great and a great variety. Everyone said hello and conversed daily We stayed 7 nights and will be returning next year. Entertainment most nights was good Welcome drinks left in fridge and wine on the table

We are on our last day and can honestly say this hotel is fabulous. From our first day we have both enjoyed everything about it. 5* for cleanliness everywhere. 5* for the food and if people complain they have the problem as the food is lovely and plentiful. 5* for the amazing animation team who work so hard to entertain guests throughout the day. We received a call from reception on our first day asking if everything was ok which was a nice touch and were given a nice welcome letter. No fighting for sun loungers. There is nothing we can fault at all about this hotel and it's lovely staff. A special mention for the waiter Frances who was so funny and a pleasure to be served by. Your whole team are amazing and friendly at all times. We will definitely return. Thankyou so much for a great week with great memories.

Lovely grounds, very impressed by the condition of the pool areas and it's lovely and green. Overall the fuss has been excellent, the odd warm dish but very tasty and well prepared with a good variety. We didn't bother with the a la carte, buffet was great. Staff all excellent, serve your drinks quickly. The odd tip helps. My only gripe is the basketball court in the middle of the pools meaning you have to listen to loud bouncy balls all day. But if you want quiet upgrade. Easy walk for the able bodied into town along the beach. Get to sunset lounge for 430pm for the live bands. Would return.

This was our first stay at this hotel, we booked a suite in the My Favourite Club direct with hotel.The first room we were given was lovely inside but it was in the furthest away corner from reception etc and the grounds around it weren't kept too well and it was quite dark going down small paths to get to it. So eventually next day at 4pm we got moved,paid €25 extra for cleaning, got to the room and it hadn't been cleaned at all. Went back to reception spoke to a lovely receptionist named Louisa and she sorted us out with a lovely suite with balcony overlooking the my favourite Club area and she refunded the €25 to us. Louisa was lovely,helpful and friendly as were all the staff apart from that first receptionist but there's always one! We mostly ate at the main restaurant as there was more choice,the food wasn't the best,but we didn't go hungry. The drinks were good,cava was lovely. The hotel and rooms were kept very clean and the housekeeping staff very hard working,some of the grounds need to be kept better though. The entertainment was good a couple of nights but otherwise not great. Its not too far to go into town or go across to the beach bar just across the road. The walk to beach and into town during day was lovely and we enjoyed the market too. Overall we enjoyed our week here,we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the My Favourite Club as we usually stay in adult only hotels. We would stay here again if we got a good deal.

Overall the hotel is lovely very spacious with a number of pool areas. The rooms are generous and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, except for the cleaning lady who would walk into your room at 0830 without knocking not great. This hotel would be great if you have children we did not and found it difficult with the amount of screaming kids. The main dining room had alot of food unfortunately on a few occasions we found food was labelled wrong ie.onion rings were in fact calamari vegetable pasta had meat in this is not acceptable especially if you have food allergies. The kids were running riot in the dinning room taking mouthfuls out of cakes and putting them back we also found some fish among the cakes and the freezer had been opened not closed so all the ice cream had melted if the hotel put staff on the stations(there is plenty walking around the dining room) this wouldn't of happened. The food was luke warm at best and very repetitive. The my favourite club menu never changed and didn't have veggie or vegan options as for the al a carte that also never changed the menus and no veggie/vegan option. Having stayed in other all inclusive resorts I have to say we were all very disappointed with the lack of snacks throughout the day this hotel is doing the bear minimum to be all inclusive.

My partner and I stayed here for a week, all inclusive in a 1 bed junior suite. The room was very spacious with the only negative being the view from the balcony, which was the roof and back part of the cafe building. This was a shame as we like to sit out on an evening, however I appreciate I could have paid extra for a pool view. Food was okay at best, (we ate out every evening), but the resort, and especially the staff, were excellent. We spent most of our week at the top ‘quiet’ pool and often we were the only people there as most congregated to the main pool with the entertainment and music. The only other thing I would mention is that it is a good 15 minute walk into the town/main *****, so bear that in mind if it’s an issue for you. Also, if you want a quiet holiday, make sure to avoid the front rooms near to the open air bar over the road, as that gets really noisy. Would recommend the Alua Suites and would consider it again for future visits.

Very welcoming check in and the Porter directed me to my room as it was dark and I was tired. Fab rooms including a sofa and balcony. Spotlessly clean. The only negative was the invasively loud entertainment until after 23.00 which was right below my window.
