I was here just this last weekend, all the staff have welcomed us like no one as never done before, I felt like at home every minute I spend there! The room, the area, the breakfast....everything was perfect! My room was awesome at the 3rd floor, with an incredibly large bathroom, the breakfast was simply amazing, with a lot of fresh fruits and a great variety of choice, everything organic, and biologic. The last tip I can give is to book directly on their website, the fare is significantly lower than you can find on the net.

I stayed at Hacienda Jurica for a quinceanera week with families from Queretaro State and friends from the United States. I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel and spa was very well staffed with consummate professionals always available to provide service and assistance. Always kind, courteous and helpful. We enjoyed all our meals in the restaurant from the delightful breakfast buffet, with special offerings on the weekend, to evening meals. The bar was a relaxing spot for a cocktail. And the swimming pool was a pleasure. There are a variety of other activities to enjoy that we just did not have the time to enjoy. The room was clean, modern and quite restful. We did not experience any issues but were confident if we did the professional staff would have been readily prepared to address any needs. The city is readily accessible by taxi or uber, with kind assistance from the front doormen, and we enjoyed several walks to the modern shopping center and just down the street to a small convenience store, though the Hacienda does offer a small store for necessities. We were very pleased with our accommodations and the service. Wonderful place.

When the receptionist arrived with bad attitude and bad attention ...GROSERA We were 4 people, we asked him for more towels (only there were 2) and two bottles more water and did not deny them. The room was clean, except for the mirrors that were seen with the hands of children and a chicle on the corner of the head. The only person who was very kind, serviceful and very good at the service of the cook, who was very cruel and very bad at the service of the food. It was a little far from the old town and there was no restaurant nearby at night, so it was necessary to move.

Good value for money new building that is hard to see in Keretaro. The accommodation is cheap and the gym and washing machine & dryer are available. Conveniences such as Domino Pizza, Starbucks, convenience stores and restaurants are also good in front of the hotel.
