When planning our trip to Venice we got fed up with the overpriced hotels in and around Venice very soon and so we decided to look for accommodation a little bit further from that place. Finally, we found this very well rated property and decided to give it a try. We do not hide that the reason was purely economical, since staying there was much cheaper than anywhere close to Venice, even after counting the costs for commuting and parking. And we found a real treasure where a family of four can stay for the price you hardly find for two people in Venice or close surroundings. First, we were a little bit scared when driving there, since the property is at the end of a small village and it looks like you are heading somewhere to the fields. And it is actually true. The property is surrounded by fields and there is not too much to see in the village itself. But after a busy days in Venice and Padova, it is soooo relaxing. And if you need something, the closest town with all advantages is just some 5-10 mins by car. The property has only 6 rooms, so it will never get busy. The rooms are well furnished and equipped with everything necessary (AC, TV, fridge, outdoor blinds, mosquito nets etc.). The only thing we missed a little bit was a kettle. By the building there is an outdoor swimming pool, workout pitch and even a small relaxing zone with a mini garden lake! And all this is there for only 6 rooms! So, you can feel like everything there is just for you. All the property is very well kept – perfectly clean, perfectly cut lawn and bushes. Actually, you can see a personal care on every inch of the place. The receptionist Marco is a very nice, friendly, easygoing and helpful guy. He helped us to plan our trip to Padova and surroundings, gave good recommendations and even printed a map of the places. The breakfast was very good and tasty though the choice is limited due to a small number of guests, but that is understandable and did not affect our impression. And yet another advantage – there is also a car charger in case you have an electric car. Finally, we can say that this is exactly how we imagine a perfectly run family business. We will definitely come back and recommend the place to all our friends who decide to visit Venice and Padova by car.

In an area away from the urban centers of Padua and Venice, but not too far away, more or less halfway between the two, there is this new and growing structure in the hamlet of Pontelongo. Not very easy to find, but once you arrive you will discover a very beautiful and well-kept location, green spaces and recently built accommodation, with ample parking facilities. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the absence of a gate that closes off the perimeter. The room had large sizes and was very clean, equipped with the classic comforts that have best reconciled sleep. The breakfast buffet, with a request for hot drinks, varied from sweet to savory, not among the best ever made, but anyway it satisfied all tastes. The staff is one of the quid of the structure, the family that runs it is in fact made up of very polite and kind people, always present, who will be able to advise you and make you have an excellent stay. The prices are in line with the proposed offer. Recommended.

E' ben posizionato vicino al centro del paese ma in piena campagna. La struttura è nuovissima e ben organizzata, con una bella piscina dove rilassarsi e fare un bagno. le stanze sono comode e spaziose, il personale molto gentile e accogliente.

Struttura nuova, molto curata, pulita e immersa nel verde della campagna veneta. Ha camere molto ampie con bagno privato e dispone anche di piscina esterna. E’ ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi e per chi vuole scoprire la zona muovendosi tra mare e città. La colazione è ottima e abbondante. L'accoglienza è molto piacevole

Ottima soluzione per ogni tipo di viaggio. Noi ci siamo capitati per caso per un WE. Lo abbiamo scelto per la sua collocazione strategica tra Chioggia ed Abano. Arrivati abbiamo scoperto una struttura molto moderna con tutti i comfort che accoglie al meglio i propri ospiti. Molto piacevole il riscaldamento a pavimento, gli infissi a scorrimento sono una soluzione perfetta, il materasso è comodo, la stanza pulitissima ed abbiamo persino utilizzato la colonnina di ricarica per auto elettriche. Insomma tutto al meglio in un contesto rilassante e da scoprire. L'argine vicino ad esemprio è una splendida meta per passegghiate. Il panorama agricolo suggestivo invita a gite in bicicletta alla scoperta di angoli nascosti. Insomma non potevamo trovare di meglio. PS La cortesia degli ospiti ci ha accompagnato e coccolato per tutto il tempo. Pensiamo già a ritornarvi magari in una stagione meno rigida per approfittare della piscina e degli spazi all'aperto.
