Tivoli la Caleta Resort

The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok, the air con is not very strong. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay.

Fabulous location with easy access to the charming restaurants in Caleta village. Five star service and beautiful pool area overlooking the ocean Definitely 5 star accommodation and ambience but still an easy walk to all the less expensive restaurants in Costa Adeje

A great hotel in a great location, service was very good. The pool area was excellent although the bed bookers were out in force. Think the hotel staff need to more proactive in removing towels which have been on the beds for hours with no one attending.

The hotel and it’s staff were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and the fantastic personal service from everyone, most notably from Yaiza who was absolutely fantastic and really catered to our every need during our stay. The suite was fantastic, the view great and the breakfast was the best. We’ll most definitely be back.

Very good hotel that has clearly been refurbished . The staff are excellent and well managed . The position is superb for exploring the more upmarket parts of the area . The rooms are spacious and clean and there are plenty of sunbeds free. My small criticisms would be regarding the cooked breakfast area that clearly needs to be more spacious and there is no business centre to work privately in . Fantastic weeks holiday though and will return .

The Tivoli went above and beyond in helping my wife and myself after she had an accident. The hotel staff were amazing both at reception and by the pool as well as in the hotel restaurants. The facilities in the hotel were the best I have ever experienced including the spa, gym and pool area. My wife and I cannot wait to return.

Myself and my family (wife and 7 y/o daughter) had an amazing stay here 01/05-07/05/24. From start to finish everything was perfect. The staff cannot do enough for you, so attentive. I was so overwhelmed with the hospitality and respect all the staff have for their guests. They all go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable/perfect as can be. There is a free private car park for guests. Location is great. There are beaches nearby if you choose to venture out. Otherwise, the pool(s) are awesome...my daughter and I loved the jacuzzi! There is also a very nice clean boulevard to stroll down (can be accessed at the end of the resort, past all the pools). La Caleta village is a short 15 minute walk away and was very charming. We only stayed B&B so cannot comment on all inclusive or half board. But breakfast was adequate with lots of selection. When we did order a dinner delivery from an external restaurant there was not a problem. All the staff (management, reception, bar & restaurant staff, porters, cleaners...everyone!) were perfect and made my stay an absolute pleasure and a memorable great experience. Thank you so much to Sharon (duty manager)...she is the best!..Edmundo (another great guy who helped us check in) he reminds me of Manny from Scarface the movie (let me know what you think?) He was amazing during my stay. Sebastien (porter) a very sweet humble guy who does a great job. And Giovanni at the Alma bar (first day at check in)...thank you so much for the iced caramel coffee!...I'm not even a coffee drinker but in the heat it was a blessing and the coffee was not overwhelming. It was almost like a milkshake with a hint of coffee. There are many others who made our stay great, thanks to all!! Book with confidence. This is a very well maintained/clean and hygienic hotel/resort. In a nutshell, I will be back and can/will recommend to all. You will not be disappointed with the accommodation, location and most of all the high level of hospitality.
