My favorite hotel in Tenerife! The staff were incredibly welcoming, helping with our luggage to our room, and even offering a special dinner recommendation. On our arrival day, we had Mexican food, and although it was a buffet, it was fantastic – every dish was delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has free parking, and there's another parking lot nearby, so parking is never a problem. The beach near the hotel is my absolute favorite in all of Tenerife! Highly recommended!

The room I was assigned was next to the lobby. It was very noisy. No one came to clean the room on the first day of my two-day stay. Some of the breakfast items were moldy. Not recommended.

Expected more to honest. Limited eating options around the main pool. Towels in the bedroom not changed for 3 days, we had to ask for this at reception. Feel the hotel should be more communicative about rooms that over look a car park.. it’s not the most expensive hotel in Costa Adeje so I probably have to reconsider this. have to also consider this.

A very lovely hotel and blissfully quiet. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly and made the atmosphere very warm. We would love to stay here again.

Needs work, not premium Overall, hotel was OK. The staff really make the stay. Natalia is amazing, remembering guest names etc. Rooms need attention. TV in the room didn’t work consistently and was at a strange angle. The level check in, needs to be staffed properly or just let guests check in on floor 5. If I’m paying for a premium package, I am not hanging around for 30 minutes.
