Aparthotel Neptuno Costadeje

Only stayed for two nights was a lovely apartment my only thing is the floors were really dirty, when I got out the shower and would go to get ready my feet would be sooooo dirty !!! Apart from that room was much cooler then my last hotel considering no aircon. Overall stay was okay :)

Can't fault the apartment, cleanliness, the bar and staff, the main and adult pool. A little out of the way about £5 each way each night down to any night life or a very steep walk. But the constant **** smell, arguments .. not the place the people

This was by far the worst apartments we have ever stayed at not even 1 star if mobility issues dont go 153 steps to apartment 1 hanger in wardbrobe. Sheets dont get changed. After 4 days black bag left outside with clean towels and toilet paper. Never had a cleaner in the bag had to dispose rubbish ourselves every day. Small water tank for shower this could only supply enjoy water for 1. Absolutely dont go this place. The worst ever spolit our family holiday wanted to come home after 1 day.

I'm writing this review, because those on here terrified me thinking Id booked into a hostal🤣 but it was amazing! after spending a week with my husband and son here, you get what you pay for and this was a right bargain! Lovely views, big room, everything you need for a cheap stay in tenerife ❤️ the hill is alright plenty of pit stops for us, the pool I thought was warm, compared to some places, the staff was friendly, always a clean room but never had the cleaner interrupt us. Reason I didn't give it a 5 for its money, shower was up and down, didn't know about the 100 euro deposit and payment for the safe, the walls are paper thin but we didn't have any noisey neighbours, we probably was them with my sons taste in music! Lots of taxis cheap enough back up from Los Cristianos 15 euro, up the hill 5, siam 10 euro. Thanks edfo come again at the right price. If you want luxury pay for it we do both and tenerife you don't need to as there's so many places to go why spend any time in ya hotel, and for 3 euros a breakie I ain't cooking! 😂

You are not allowed any form of a float in the pool. Which is ridiculous considering its part of the kids pool and the adults have a pool. We were immediately asked to leave th pool with our float which was a donut ring. The other life guard had no issue but it seems its not allowed depending on who's lifeguarding. If you want your kids to have some floats and fun in pool I wouldn't advise staying here

Myself and my Husband are currently staying at Neptuno Apts we arrived on Thursday 17th Oct and depart on Thur 24th Oct. We arrived on Thur after travelling through the night we were both tired. Went out had some food returned to the apartments around 12 midnight. Fast asleep in the middle of the night we heard the door bell ring my Husband got up to answer at the door was the hotel receptionist holding a mobile phone with a photo of a window and he kept repeating Smash, Smash. My Husband called me to the door and i asked the man what was going on again he repeated Smash, Smash. I said to him to look around apartment everything is fine we are ok and he woke us from our sleep. He walked away. 8am i heard someone outside and heard glass i got out of bed opened the curtains to find that below the window was a maintenance man brushing up glass and sitting there was the complete bedroom window including frame. I was quite baffled by this and said to my Husband im going to go to reception to see what is going on and why we have no bedroom window. At reception i asked what has happened to our window the receptionist replied “you smash, you stupid” i told him that we got woke out of our sleep in the early hours to someone holding a phone saying smash, smash. He proceedes to say “you smash, you shout, you pay for window” again i explained we had been in bed sleeping. I asked had the window been broken while we had been out because we never heard any noise through the night and i couldnt understand what had happened. Again he repeated what he had previously said and said he would tell me how much it would be to fix once he got in touch with the window company. Its now Sat and we have been left with no window in our room leaving us vunerable to anyone wishing to break into our room. As this is a big issue in Spanish holiday resorts we are stressed out and very anxious. We have been unable to leave the room and havent been to bed as we are afraid of someone entering the room in the middle of the night. Our safety doesnt seem to be a priority to the apartment staff. We have contacted our holiday company to try and get some help. We just want to go home as we are so afraid and feel violated by the hole situation. Coming on holiday is supposed to be a time to relax and destress but this is quite the opposite. Dont stay at these apartments if you want to feel safe while on holiday cause staff dont care about your safety. There is no proof that we broke anything and to be accused and insulted of something you didnt do is not nice.
