In general hotel is nice, but we had a huge mold on the wall behind the bed, it was solved by moving us to another room. Also for people travelling without kids note that this is a family hotel meaning a lot of children everywhere and a lot of crying and noise during breakfast. I wish I thought this through before booking and had chosen a hotel 18+ instead

We had a beautiful day for my partner’s birthday. The hotel is incredibly clean and the staff were attentive. Special mention goes to Netty, who went above and beyond to find some amazing suitable restaurants during our stay. If you don’t want to have the buffet style dinner, there is little other option if you are wanting to stay on site. During the course of our stay, there was more than one issue with regard to payments coming out of my account without authorisation. This put a slight damper on our experience, as it seemed didn’t even know why or how payments were being taken. A beautiful hotel in a secluded and peaceful part of Mallorca, with a huge amount of potential.
