Excellent! The hotel is perched on top of a mountain, offering incredible views. The rooms have all been renovated and are very comfortable. We booked the most basic room, and it was still great, with a sea view to boot. They even have tennis courts, which is a huge plus for tennis lovers. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommended!

Not happy with my stay room dirty and too big felt like a cruise ship.

Getting to the hotel was a bit confusing as it's west of Palma city center and the entrance isn't clearly marked, but once we arrived, the view was absolutely fantastic. Perfect for a family trip.

Very dirty room with so many bugs. The towels were dirty as well. Breakfast was great. Location not that good but facilities were good.

The hotel is flat, the environment is very good, the breakfast is OK, but the dinner is not delicious... You can take a walk to the beach on the small road. Public transportation is not recommended. It is more convenient to take a taxi or rent a car.

The price was very good, and we were upgraded to a large suite, which is cost-effective in Hilton resorts around the world. Lying on a lounge chair on the lawn and looking out at the sea view was the highlight, and the stay was getting better and better.

The location is too bad. I don't recommend coming here if you don't drive. The hotel staff is not friendly. My friend was sleeping and asked the cleaning staff to come back later, but was refused. The attitude is very bad. Currently, only the front desk staff is friendly. Half of the guests seem to be elderly. The hotel breakfast is unpalatable. There are many ants on the bed by the window.

Let's talk about the advantages first: free parking and plenty of spaces, the room overlooks the sea, the room facilities are basically complete, there is a bathtub, and there is a swimming pool on the first floor. There is also soprano singing in the evening, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The disadvantages are also obvious: the room is not equipped with water, and water can only be bought at the front desk for 6 euros per bottle, and there is no one nearby. To buy water, you have to drive to a small supermarket 10 minutes away. It takes about 20 minutes to drive from Palma. In addition, there are places without elevators and you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Once again, I don't know if it's a lawn mower or some other equipment that buzzes loudly for one or two hours early in the morning. Overall, if you can prepare for the pits in advance, the rest is acceptable.
