Our experience is nothing short of exceptional. The service was exquisite: valet parking attendant, check in staff and room service/housekeeping. The lakeside pond and park was conducive to relaxation for mind, spirit and body. Halloween ruckus of loud conversations from two couples guests in the adjoining suite interrupted our restful sleep at 10:30 and carried on till almost midnight—with rhythmic music. The guests door handle displayed, “PRIVACY PLEASE”. And resumed 4:30-almost 6:00AM. That matter ceased when the incident was reported to front desk (operator) and I personally went down to the registration desk in order to seek resolution of this matter. We had come from 48 hours of road trip to find rest in this beautiful locale and we’re on the road again for the next two days. We were disheartened and sorely disappointed!!! This time 1/5 rating for this time. Hopefully, when given the occasion to bring it up to 5/5. Looking forward to the opportunity to make it great again. Especially, on the day designated by our Creator sanctified and set aside for rest and restoration. Blessings, PK & WS

The hotel is reasonably priced and the surroundings are excellent. A shopping mall with Korean restaurants and markets is about a 10-minute drive away, making it a great place to stay. There's also an art museum right in front of the hotel, offering plenty to see. A small lake in the center of the hotel makes for a nice stroll, though: parking is a hefty $40. While this might seem reasonable, many hotels offer free parking or charge around $25, so the choice is yours.
