"This valuable hotel is highly recommended for a vacation if I would be able to spend a longer time. A king size bed was arranged as I compared with different travelling websites. From the front main entrance, lobby, corridor, room and bathroom were cleaned and highly organised. Even though, there was not mosquito found within cafeteria area. Efficient and friendly staff were helpful to provide all necessary information and to arrange all check-in and check-out procedures. It was enjoyable to swim in the private pool. A valid hotel guests card was needed to open a gate. The last but not least, this hotel is highly recommended to spend time."

"My room had a connecting door to the adjacent one, and both rooms seemed identical. All the faucets in my room were broken, and the air conditioning was incredibly loud. This might be due to the hotel's age; the elevators were also very slow and felt unstable. The only upsides were a small private pool (which was tiny, probably no more than 10 meters) and a 24-hour hot spring, which was an excellent amenity. Additionally, the parking lot was very spacious with ample parking spots. However, staff started clearing breakfast at 9:30 AM, despite the advertised hours being 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. My room wasn't cleaned until the third day of my stay. At 6 PM, when I went to the front desk to ask for hot water, I was told there was none."

There are two sinks in the room.
Basically, it's good, but the floor of the room is too noisy when walking, and the sound insulation is not very good."
