Nice corner in Costa Teguise. Easy check-in/out. Very attentive staff.

Good location, plenty restaurants nearby, close to bus station. Staff was helpful.

Average apartments. We stayed as a family of 3 for 7 nights with a 12 year old. Upon arrival we were greeted in reception by the male receptionist who didn’t once crack a smile. Maybe he was having a bad day? Asked about a room safe and were told there was a 3 euro a day charge. Arrived in the room 1096 which is located in an apartment block not the nice bungalows that are advertised on Jet2 site. The receptionist told us we were on the 2nd floor but turns out we were on the 1st. So after much messing around with heavy cases we eventually found the room. In the weeks before the holiday i had requested a ground floor room because of a recent op I had but this wasn’t accommodated. The room looked okay on arrival but during our stay I noticed repairs hadn’t been done. The curtain rail to the balcony was hanging off, the dining room chair leg is loose, the shower-head stand was loose and the shower head wouldn’t stay upright. Apart from the above there was a very loud noise in our bedroom. It sounded like a whirling noise and it kept us awake every night. We were shattered by the end of the 7 nights. I reported the noise in the bedroom to reception guy. Nothing was done and no feed back about the problem was received. Room aside the outdoor pool was okay always clean and tidy. There was no evening entertainment and the pool bar closed 9pm. The bit of daytime entertainment I saw was a game of bingo that lasted the whole of half an hour. No regular entertainment programme or mini disco. There is a bowling alley snd soft play area but these are chargeable and open to the general public. Location is at the quieter end of costa Teguise. 20 minutes walk to the main beach and town centre with nothing but a few shops and a handful of dull bar’s within the vicinity. We booked half board. Breakfast was okay. Evening meal was a bit of a mis mash so we ended up eating out most nights. You could on occasion smell the toilets near the coffee machine in the dining area. This was very off putting for me. The toilets in reception and behind the pool bar never had toilet paper or hand soap. In fact I never saw a cleaner cleaning the public areas only saw the cleaners in the rooms. Wouldn’t return to these apartments and glad we only booked a week.

Just back from our second time in these apartments. The first thing you'll see it the cleanliness and the size of your apartment. The shower is walk in and simple to work. Kitenette is very good. A bottle of water ready for you when you first arrive. We have been away over the years and stayed in a lot of hotels and apartments this definitely is 1 of the best places we've ever stayed. A 15 minute walk up to the town cetre and then a €4 cab back at night. Had a great time.

After reading some of the reviews of Santa Rosa, especially about the food, I was almost going to change our hotel for our Lanzarote holiday. I am really glad I didn't. Travelling with two young children, all I really want on a holiday is a peaceful base with enough room to enjoy a quite evening and decent sleep. Santa Rosa gave us that, with a modern, clean and spacious two bedroom apartment and patio, which overlooked the pool and garden area. If you have been on some holidays where you feel all squashed into one room, then do not fear, as these apartments are all well set out with good size bedrooms and separate living space and decent size kitchen and more of a little villa feel to them, rather than being shoved into one hotel room. They are lovely bungalows and we felt very comfortable there. The grounds were immaculately kept and the whole place was very clean, with the lovely cleaning staff coming in most days to put in fresh bedding and towels. 1006 is a great bungalow, just on the corner and was right by the park so we could sit out enjoying a coffee and watch the kids play happily in the park. Entertainment wise, there wasnt anything going on in the complex, which was a bit of a shame, but after busy days at the beach, it was nice to come back and just relax without any noise or beer crowds. Still, a local singer or something would be lovely. The children loved the softplay in the hotel and the man who worked there in the week was a star - he was lovely to the kids and played football with them. All the staff were nice and spoke good English. Reception welcoming and straightforward checking in. Bowling staff friendly too and not miserable like some reviews claim. Indoor pool was a nice addition because outdoor pool was freezing. Outdoor pool was very big to swim in however and always plenty of lounger space. You need bathing hats in indoor pool, but the friendly man on the reception desk in the gym gave us some and he was also very friendly. Food-wise, breakfasts were excellent and nice to have coffee and juice machines. Dinner was a bit limited first night but after that, was really good with nice themes - the Mexican was excellent and good to see it all being freshly cooked. Clean and tidy eating area and did not see staff clearing plates in front of guests as some reviews commented. Waiting staff are prompt and efficient, coming to take drinks orders while drinks are reasonable. Lanzarote itself is lovely and the Costa Teguise is a nice, safe family resort, but very windy. It meant that most nights we couldnt sit out and therefore a bit of enterainment would have been nice as we were a bit limited, but then for families without kids there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Overall, a lovely holiday and thanks to the Santa Rosa staff who work so hard. Adding a few bits like maybe a waterslide, heating the pool or having more play area apparatus/splash pad would be great, but then you dont want the peaceful atmosphere to be sp

Not much to add to all the previous reviews as they are all accurate, great breakfasts, poor evening meals, but every other aspect of this place is great - location, cleanliness, facilities (especially for kids) and staff. All I can add is that there are plenty of eateries and bars within a 10 min walk without going into "The Square", places worthy of a mention are Hammy's, La Tunera, Radisson Blu(expensive but high quality) and not least of all Scanlons + a fish resteraunt next door to Scanlons

The positives: The apartment was a good size and well eqquipped. Reception check in and out was quick and easy. Good sized Pool but freezing( this was expected ) Cleaners came 3 out of 5 days and were very helpful and friendly. Great location as a base for exploring the island. Negatives: No entertainment / no disco for children. Soft play and seating area was full of locals, games were played in spanish and not welcoming for the holidays makers children to go in the soft play . Overall the amenties are more for the locals than holiday makers. I wont return myself with children. I would recommend for couples wanting a base to explore the island.

Stayed here for 10 days over the Easter holiday. This place far exceeds 3 star. We had two beautiful bungalows overlooking the grass area and pool. We went half board and the food was really good. Lovely pleasant staff in the dining room. The cleaners do a great job for 5 days.......no cleaning Sundays and Wednesday. Would definately stay here again if holidaying in Lanzarote. Perhaps the only negative is the pool is absolutely freezing. We had decent sunny weather, but even then it was a struggle to enjoy the pool.

We stayed here for 5 nights over Easter. The actual accommodation is situated 20 minute walk from the centre. The beach is a few hundred metres walk and is quite rocky though there is a sandy part. So many of the rooms looked great, sadly ours was not ok, the view was a real let down. We were in room 1092 and it looked out over a car park and waste skips…not quite what we had hoped for. Our room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable pillows were not so comfortable. Facilities were good though they all seemed to be closed on a Sunday? Bar prices were reasonable and the breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Staff were all really friendly. It really felt like a relaxed holiday, we got used to the freezing pool! Overall a good little spot just stay away from 1092!!
