We’ve just had 10 days all inclusive at a very competitive price at this hotel . First impression very attractive entrance , friendly reception staff . We paid for a standard room which had two doubles pushed together, plenty of wardrobe space , a fridge ,flat screen tv , hairdryer and soap dispenser. The decor was a little tired but overall great value for money. The food was buffet style with plenty of choices although a little repetitive after the first week , always found something to eat . Pool bar was great , the eco cups are a great idea no overflowing bins of waste cups . All the staff here are friendly and extremely hard working , queues at the bars were dealt with very quickly . Our only problem was the location , my husband had an accident at work 6 months ago and has mobility issues , it’s a 15-20 walk to the beach and longer to the square , taxis cheap at roughly 4 euro to and from either, but nothing much close by . This is a lovely , great value hotel , we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days in the sun here .

Firstly this was sold to us through on the beach as a 4 star hotel ! It’s not ! It would be a very poor 2 star,the hotel is tired and worn out our sink in the bathroom was cracked! Bedside lamp was hanging off the wall the architrave around the doors was all damaged the room had a smell as did the bathroom a sewage damp smell. The air con vents were blocked with fluff so did not work ,The buffet food was cold and bland ! We ate out most of the time and indeed found a better option and left the hotel 2 days earlier than planned on a weeks holiday ! We are annoyed as we could have got a 2 star hotel in the canaries at half the price !

The hotel is a 25 minute walk into the centre of the resort which we knew before we went or it’s just 5€ in a taxi. The rooms are very dated but very clean. The staff are very pleasant and we had no issues whilst we were there. We only went bed & breakfast which unfortunately the breakfast isn’t the greatest (we knew the food would be poor due to the comments on various Facebook pages. The pool is very, very cold indeed and wasn’t really used by guests. I can’t comment on the entertainment as we never went to the area.

Last minute booking and was nervous after reading the reviews but I really shouldn't of been! Rooms - yes they are a little dated but they are clean and functional. Location - we hired a car so no issue but if you don't want to hire a car the location might not be for you. Around a 20 minute walk to the shops/restaurants and beach Food - we couldn't fault it! Plenty of choice and variety. We didn't have one bad meal. If you want chicken nuggets and chips every day it's not for you, but if you like fresh fruit, salads, fish, paella etc then it's great 👍 Pool - beautiful. Lots of sunbeds and parasols. Pool a bit on the cold side but was lovely to cool down whilst sunbathing. Entertainment - really enjoyed the acrobats and the comedy show. Karaoke a couple of nights which isn't out thing but you can't please everyone. Overall a great hotel. Please don't let the reviews put you off. Unless you are the chicken nugget and chip brigade but then I would argue why go abroad....?

Lovely members of staff! Especially the entertainment people, they worked very hard and we had a lovely time. Great to have a shop there. It was a perfect hotel to interact with other guests. However, the food was unbearable. Was starving for a few days as the food was just inedible, very little option and was always cold. I have seen other reviews regarding the poor quality of food so perhaps this needs to be looked at as we were very upset with it. This hotel has potential however it is not quite up to par with other supposed 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in Lanzarote in terms of food and quality of drinks! The 1 euro cup policy should have been addressed on arrival as we did not get to make the most of our all inclusive as neither of us had cash so we spent ages trying to figure out a solution. V The volcano room was cool but was the main light feature was broken so it was not ideal. Also, perhaps a lick of paint to brighten things up and make it a lot less outdated.

Cheap & amonst cheerful hotel. 25 minute walk from the centre of the resort or a cheap taxi ride. The rooms are dated but are clean. The pool is not heated and is very cold. Luckily, we booked bed & breakfast only as the food is well below average. The dining area is also clean and tidy and staff are very helpful. Would not return to this hotel due the food offering

Paid around £350 for all inclusive for a weeks holiday including flights. Food was as expected but cooked fresh and a wide selection of hot and cold meals. Snack bar serves sandwiches, chips and onion rings along with large selection of fruit. Free unlimited water to fill bottles too. Staff friendly and entertainment team do the rounds daily. Room was freshly painted, spacious and clean and tidy. If you want a cheap getaway and arent fussy then its a bargain! Dont be put off my peoples moany reviews. Get what you pay for and enjoy yourselves. Yes there are renovations going on but it hasnt disturbed us at all. Very spacious pool area with slides and little off shoots to the pool which provides nice areas to sunbathe in peace.
