"We stayed there for 5 nights and I have to say, while it was nice to relax, we were starting to become bored. There is no animation, no music by the pool, you can only order Drinks by the pool via wechat which didn‘t work for me - it kept telling to write my phone number, which I did and I still couldn‘t order. Sometimes there were workers at the pool who would bring drinks, but not everyday. Same at the beach, which is public so be prepared for people trying to Sell you stuff (mostly drinks or fruits). There is a food court nearby with some restaurants and that‘s it. There is only one restaurant with buffet for the whole hotel. For dinner, the buffet is transfered on the beach and costed 200 yuan on top which i think is a lot ( i think it was close to 400 yuan per person per dinner). The food was good and while everything looked nice, I have to say that the choice of music while the singers were preparing was horrible. Extremly loud and in no way fitting for a nice dinner at the beach. The beach bar for drinks after dinner was poorly organized, we sat down and were completely ignored while the staff was chatting and sitting on their phones behind the bar. Only when my fiance went up to them, they served us (warm beer btw) and didn‘t even clean the table with food from the people sitting before us. And here as well, horrible music which repeats every night. The rooms were pretty, but had their best years behind them. The staff couldn‘t speak english at all (maybe russian because I think every foreigner was russian except us) so communication was a little bit draining with translator. There was one worker, I think her name was Luna (not sure) which was really attentive and nice and when she was there, the service was always good. Since we have stayed in other hilton hotels, I have to say that in comparison this one wasn‘t as amazing as the others for a resort."

"We had a split stay between the holiday inn and another resort in a different area of Sanya. Unfortunately the holiday inn location is not ideal unless you don’t plan to leave the hotel. The hotel itself was great and lots to do for kids! Very equipped towards children for example so many feeding chairs, children’s cutlery, little extras like smaller slippers in the room. Really good! The food was average, there was a lot of variety but the quality of it wasn’t anything special and could deffo improve.
Best part was the WeChat butler service! Mr Wesley was so informative and attentive for everything. Service was entirely in English too, big plus!! He sent a small gift for my daughter on our last night and it was the cherry on top of the cake for how great he had been during our stay."

"There are very few B&Bs that I can actively comment on. This B&B is really great. The children like to play in the water. We booked a room on the first floor. The children had a great time. The child accidentally scratched his skin, and the lady carefully helped to disinfect it. When I checked out, I left the child's clothes behind, and the lady helped to mail them. It was so considerate in every aspect. There was also free green bean soup, coconut and three free travel photos. Recommended, highly recommended~"

"The best homestay we have ever stayed! Staff are very friendly and helpful especially brothers working at the front desk. He helped us arrange water activities, forest park excursion and he even helped us get a scooter so we can roam around the village. Thanks to the wonderful phyogtapher too who took our photos. They’re all so beautiful that we even took the whole package because there’s no way that we can only choose three. When you go to Sanya, choose Yisela and you’ll never regret it.

"Great location, just nearby the famous yalong bay beach(5min by car) and many other activities. The room was clean and tidy and the environment was very quiet. The hotel looks exactly like in the pictures, even better. the staff is very helpful and are usually up till late so easy to check in even after a late arrival . Breakfast was typical Chinese but quite good. The hotel usually organize photoshoot for each person which is actually cool, and the photographer is very professional. We can have 3 pictures for free and extra pictures cost about 30¥ each which is very affordable. Highly recommend!"

The swimming pool is very photogenic, and three travel photos are given for free🆓. The camera is fixed, the photographer is professional, and the photos are taken quickly
As for the geographical location, it is mainly convenient to go to the forest park early in the morning and rest the night before. This is Bohou Village, which belongs to the countryside. There is nothing around. The only food is coconut chicken, Shaxian, ramen, or takeout. It is nearly 20 minutes' walk. There is a night market to visit. It is more down-to-earth and affordable. You can only drive to the Yalong Bay beach. You have to drive, and it is absolutely impossible to walk. There is nothing else
The room is large enough, the bed is not very soft, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the shower has a large water flow, and the water temperature is also hot. The only shortcoming is that the overall facilities are relatively old, the cleaning of every corner is not in place, and the hardware is a bit aging, but everything else is pretty good"

"Although I didn’t give a bad review, I have to say it! The guy at the front desk who received me on the first and second day was very nice. I also upgraded my room type directly in the past (actually the Xubai room I booked was not exactly the same as the picture, and there was a desolate parking lot under the window). Here comes the point! The third night I went to bed and there was a strong smell of urine! At first I thought it was the toilet, but the smell lingered for a long time. It smelled like it was the sheets and quilts, but since it was already one or two o'clock very late, I endured it and didn't bother the hotel, and went to the front desk the next morning (not the first time). The little brother on the second day, this is very cold-faced). I said I need to change four sets of sheets after one night because of the smell of urine. He actually didn't feel sorry or embarrassed at all. His reaction made me think this was a normal thing? ? He only told me about the change but didn't follow up at all and didn't ask if there was any flavor or anything. . After I changed it, I smelled it and it was still there. I realized that it was the smell of urine on the mattress. Because I didn't lie there two nights ago, the smell wasn't that strong. After lying down for one night, my body temperature dropped, and the smell was very strong! In this case, you have to come to me to change rooms, right? I asked if there was an identical room type that I could change, and he said yes, there was an identical one upstairs. The result! It’s completely different after I pack it up and move it in! A lot smaller! There are people knocking on my door so early in the morning! The experience in the next two days was extremely bad! The praise was given to the guy two days ago who was very enthusiastic! The experience on 11 and 12 was terrible! Not only was it not handled properly, the service attitude was also very indifferent!"

"I have always wanted to visit Shenyu Island, but it has never been possible because it is far from Haikou. During the May Day holiday, I decided to visit the tropical rainforest in the central part of the country. I finally had the opportunity to experience the Yu Hotel. I was very happy and satisfied with the one-day stay.
The hotel is located deep in the tropical rainforest. It started to rain soon after we checked in in the afternoon. The whole rainforest was outside the window. It felt great to see the rainforest in the rain. The design style of the house is a bit Zen. There is a large tatami where you can taste tea. It is very quiet when the windows are closed. The experience is very good. The breakfast the next morning was very rich. After that, we hiked on the plank road. It took about an hour to return. Before leaving, I let the two children experience the rainforest version of the infinity pool. Although I stayed for less than 24 hours, it was really memorable!
ps: You can't order takeout here. You can either eat dinner in the hotel (not cheap) or drive 15 minutes to the nearby Xiangshui Town. This needs to be noted."
