Amazing and beautiful yurt right next to the Niagara River in a charming town. The home was built only in 2015 with love and care, personally designed by the owner-builder. There is nothing like this home in the area! If the beautiful wood ceiling won't amaze you then the gorgeous details will. Sleep on a comfortable queen size bed with extra space for one more on a large and comfy couch if needed. Enjoy a gorgeous, brand-new Italian tile shower in our newly renovated 3-piece bathroom. Stay in the loveliest home for the famous Gateway Harbor season and Canal Fest!This is a yurt on a large corner lot. The water view can be seen right from the front windows and is 1 min walk away, if that. There is a large semi-circle driveway shared with another unit (homes are completely separate). You can easily fit two cars here. There is no overnight street parking November to April.Please note that the TV is a streaming Roku TV with access to 1,000 free live TV domestic and international channels (Buffalo WGRZ is available) as well as any streaming channels you subscribe to (Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc.). This is not cable television.A starter pack of shampoo/conditioner and a small bar of soap is provided for your convenience. Please be sure to bring your own preferred toiletries should you need more than 3 days worth.As part of our commitment to providing a welcoming experience and aesthetic, we occasionally update the home’s interiors with added touches of design and comfort. While furnishings, wall colors, and decorative details may vary slightly from the photos, each element is thoughtfully selected to include organic greens, soft coffee tones, and natural wood accents. To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and sophistication, all bed linens are kept in pristine white.Home is thoroughly first cleaned with a disinfectant solution of bleach and water where possible (commercial grade cleaner elsewhere). Commonly used areas like light switches, handles, door locks, toilets, showers, remotes, etc. are then additionally sanitized with steam. Linens are washed with commercial grade detergent with hot water and mechanically dried on high heat.There is audible live music from a nearby restaurant starting approximately in May through September. They play at various hours (not all day and not everyday) but the restaurant's operating hours are approximately 11 AM to 8:30 PM, 7 days a week. They have great ice cream!Stay in a beautiful and historic neighborhood where convenience is just minutes away. A famous carousel museum, antiquing and wonderful restaurants are right in town, 5 mins away. There's even a castle in town! Niawanda Park/Niagara River is just steps from the front door. Playground, other parks, 7/11, supermarket are all a 3 min drive down the road. Target, other big box stores, outlets, SUNY Buffalo, city of Buffalo are just 15 mins away, Niagara Falls, Niagara-Buffalo Airport (BUF) and the Canadian border 20 mins away, Toronto 90 mins away.IDs of all guests are required at time of booking and check-in. Any unregistered guest is prohibited on property overnight. There is 24/7 recorded outdoor video and audio surveillance on property.Guest shall only use the premises for residential uses and not to carry on any business or trade. Guest will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes and orders regarding the use of the Premises, and will not cause any disturbance. No excessive noise allowed at anytime. Welcome to our beautiful river front cottage! Nestled along the scenic Niagara River and located directly across the Niawanda Park and bike path in the City of Tonawanda. This cute cottage was designed for you and your family to unwind. It is centrally located next to ice cream parlors, restaurants with live music during the warm season. Fire works is right in front of the house during the 4th of July!The entire cottage is newly remolded.
