Worst all Accor group hotel experience ever, stayed 5 days only get room service one and only they picked up the garbages after my request from front desk to send our room house keeping. No refrigerator , no sleeper, no housekeeping.
Reserve room 2 + 1 baby and that wasn’t ready for baby, no baby bas no any organization.

The location is good and near to the metro station. The room is very basic and it does not have refrigerator.

The experience was very bad. No bar fridge and small coffee machine and worst not even a bottle of water in the room. I have travel in different countries and for the first time I have choose Novotel and I am very disappointed. I will never choose this hotel again. My family and mainly my kids are very annoyed.
The person working in the counter need training on welcoming and show empathy where needed. But some of the staffs are there just for a salary.
Sorry for this review but I hope it will wake up call.

位置雖然不是轉車站，但很方便。酒店同圍感覺很安全，並且在公園可以同時看見凱旋門和巴黎鐵塔。房間也很好、很清潔和舒服。
