Hotel are so bad Location  and Parking are so bad  and bed are so small breakfast terrible I don’t recommend this place anymore

The hotel's location is super convenient, and our room had a view of the Eiffel Tower! Breakfast gets really crowded, so I'd recommend going early to beat the rush.

Worst all Accor group hotel experience ever, stayed 5 days only get room service one and only they picked up the garbages after my request from front desk to send our room house keeping. No refrigerator , no sleeper, no housekeeping. Reserve room 2 + 1 baby and that wasn’t ready for baby, no baby bas no any organization.

The experience was very bad. No bar fridge and small coffee machine and worst not even a bottle of water in the room. I have travel in different countries and for the first time I have choose Novotel and I am very disappointed. I will never choose this hotel again. My family and mainly my kids are very annoyed. The person working in the counter need training on welcoming and show empathy where needed. But some of the staffs are there just for a salary. Sorry for this review but I hope it will wake up call.
