This hotel is magical. The quality of the accommodation and the kindness of the managers (manager, reception staff, service people.) are worth mentioning. I regularly stay at this establishment and I am never disappointed. We feel at home.

Room with a double bed and foam mattresses that move in all directions my companion fell while trying to sit down, unpleasant staff, very dirty stains everywhere, a very dirty carpet dating back 50 years, plus I had a against time an operation at the mountain clinic just around the corner, I had to leave and leave my partner the day I left the clinic, I asked for help at reception from two women who were chatting to just put my suitcase for me in the elevator or find someone who could help me, since my partner is 80 years old and a prosthesis cannot do it, they told me that it was not possible and they continued to discuss and to laugh, then as I was in disarray and crying there was a couple who were coming out of the elevator when they saw this they offered to do it except that the problem with my suitcase was not yet ready, I left to pack my suitcase and I came back down and there I saw the two women who were laughing and still chatting and a man next door so I left to ask this gentleman called Omar and who works in the hotel and I offered him to help me and I paid him he kindly accepted and when the women at reception saw her take my suitcase down and heard that I was going to give him a ticket one of the two rushed to take the suitcase, except that I told him to let him do it for me since he did so kindly, three days later I called a hotel manager to tell her what happened, and then it's even better a woman who is not made for this work no kindness she just told me dryly that her staff could not do it so as not to have health problems, so if the person had health problems she shouldn't come and snatch the suitcase from Omar when she heard that I was going to give a ticket. This is a hotel that doesn't even deserve one star. I don't recommend it to anyone, it's rubbish.
