I liked the hotel itself, but we had a mixed experience with the staff. One staff member told us the coffee from the machine was free, so we were enjoying it. Later, another staff member told us it wasn't free and asked us not to drink it. I was worried they would charge us retroactively (thankfully, they didn't), but the interaction felt quite rude. Additionally, the security deposit is unusually high—you have to pay a €150-300 deposit to 'secure the room', which was quite off-putting. Other than those issues, the hotel was great. Everything was brand new and perfectly clean. I also really appreciated their environmentally friendly approach. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short 1-2 night stopover before heading to another city.

Hotel Courseine is a beautiful, very efficiently renovated hotel. There are some smaller rooms, but they are very efficiently furnished. It's a hotel room; you mainly just sleep there. The beds are wonderful, with firm pillows and crisp linens. I even slept deeply with the window open. The staff is friendly and helpful! There's even a 24-hour reception!

Wonderful staff. Coffee being available throughout the day was a bonus. Great location for concerts at Plenitude! Would stay again :)

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and a taxi to the airport. They could not have been nicer. The hotel is lovely. A 6-7 minute walk to La Defense Metro. A 35 mins ride to Paris. The location was great!
