Overall, the stay was disappointing except for the location. It may have been a decent place when it first opened, but it has clearly not been maintained at all. The bathroom fixtures were rusted, and the cleanliness was especially poor. There was dust and other people’s hair on the bed, so I requested a re-clean. However, I was told that cleaning had already been completed and that I could clean it myself if I wanted. This was supposed to be a trip to get away from household chores, yet I ended up having to wash the bedding myself. When I removed the sheets to do so, it was even dirtier underneath. The cushions were also dirty, making the sofa unusable. They offered a $100 refund as partial compensation for the cleaning issue, but I have not received anything yet. I would not recommend this place to others.

Great location for exploring Covington. The place was comfortable and spacious enough for my family to enjoy time together.

The unit was clean and comfortable. There were basic amenities which was nice. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen had enough supplies that would’ve helped with cooking meals. We enjoyed our stay!

It was a nice stay. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

Lovely spot! We’d love to stay when we are there again. The only thing I would want is an option for lower lighting in the living room. It was either very bright or very dark in there. A lamp or a dimmer would have been perfect! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect place to stay to experience Covington and walkable to Cincinnati events

Great place & location Amazing private apartment in a charming area with local shopping and restaurants and a 10-15 walk across the bridge to Cincinnati. It was very hot the days we were there and A/C worked great to keep us cool. Free designated parking space across the street and excellent communication by the host. Would definitely stay again
