Grace Cox Smart Hotel

1st of all why we book hotels with our hard earned money? For Relaxation,Service, Comfort ness, Safety & some other reasons. Right? This is the place where I found everything like 1. The hotel location. 2. Clean environment & rooms. 3. No city noises. 4. Amenities which I found in 5 stars. 5. Staff behaviors which always touched my heart. 6. SOUL SATISFACTION. Btw, I don't know how the past of this property was but I bet you can't tell the difference between a 5 star & Grace after the experience.

The hotel is cozy, but it definitely needs renovation. The room walls look dirty and old, and the TV only has cable channels—no Netflix. The swimming pool was extremely dirty, so we couldn’t use it at all. There was no hot water in the room, and the water pressure was very low. The gym is completely broken and not usable. The morning breakfast was good—one of the few things I actually liked. However, the corridor and the reception area were uncomfortable because there was no AC. The staff members were very unprofessional, especially the receptionist.

We arrived and found that the bathroom door lock was broken. The room wasn't clean, and service was very slow. They took 2 hours to fix the bathroom lock. In Breakfast you only get chicken, not mutton or beef. We will never book this hotel and tell everyone not to.

Lack of maintenance, dirty, and weird hotel. İ was actually afraid to stay in Grace Cox's. To help me showing my room and taking my luggage, a hotel staff opened a wrong hotel room and there was a guest (a lady) sleeping inside!!!! The hotel staff just walked and I was sure the lady was in fear as well. Breakfast is ok.

Hotel reservation was already booked for and paid prior to check in. Upon arrival no rooms physically available. They had to find us another substandard room but does not value for price paid
