Very nice service and Sujon Nath is very good man. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. Check-in was quick, and the concierge greeted us with a smile and helpful local tips. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping even left a personalized note. Exceptional hospitality

We had a great stay overall, but I want to specifically commend Sujan, who works at the pool bar. He was consistently kind, professional, and attentive, and genuinely made our time by the pool more enjoyable. Staff like him really make a difference. Thank you, Sujan.

Welcomed with a drink, room was neat & clean, room service was available & quick response, food was great but they should increase their breakfast buffet items. They have luggage store if your bus is on the night & this is the best quality they provide their guests. It just won my heart with this offer.

i really don’t know what makes this hotel 3 star..it doesn’t behave 3 star hotel at all. room was not good and not clean at all .especially the behavior of female stuff .hotel management should educated them how to talk to guest. if you really want to grow your business and care about guest they should hire good employees and clean the room properly.

The customer service we received was outstanding 5 star Rating. Very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet ,great choices on offer. Outstanding service House keeping team Mr Nahid Mr Sahab uddin and Mr Rabbi Shiki were outstanding in the morning very helpful ,kept my room clean and tidy in high standards at all times . No complaints at all,high quality hotel to stay in Cox bazar.

The experience was really really good,the service was excellent but I think the glass in the room’s can be more clean and the pool didn’t have tubes , if the cleanliness was good and the pool had tubes , it would be the best hotel I’ve ever been to.

It is far from the sea beach. Although it doesn't have many facilities, it is still an excellent budget property. It is very friendly and clean, and the food prices are also okay. I suggest, those whose people want to stay 4/5 days in Coxsbazar, they can choose, Windy Terrace.
