All inclusive worth it bartender by the pool is amazing and attentive. Food is good but some dinner need reservations just a heads up.

The facilities are very old, we tried to call reception from the room but the phone did not work due to its age, the towels they provided us were wet, the food and dinner is good

The facilities are well maintained and the staff are very friendly and friendly.
The all-inclusive dining and dining options are varied and tasty, and guests can unwind on the resort's private, well-maintained, uncrowded beaches.
I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days, and if I get a chance, I want to visit again, and I would like to highly recommend it to my acquaintances.

I have never written a bad review however the hotel is in shambles. Everthing needs to be power washed there is dried gum and dirt covering every hallway. Someone pooped in the jacuzzi and we had to report it, after using it. I also was sick the day after. There are absolutely no amenities, no in room snacks or beverages, no facecloths, no bed linenes except a sheet and 1 pillow. The hotel is very old and that was not the issue it was the cleanliness. The staff tried but are trained more to make sure people do not steal than to assure your comfort. It is sad this could be a gem of a hotel. I tried to find a direct number to comtact Wyndham, it is surprising they are allowing this hotel to be a part of their chain. The only upside would be easy access for snorkeling.

This resort is not like the rest of Mexico. There is no night life, hotel had poor food and room conditions were mediocre. The staff were great. but definitely not the place to party, would not recommend this resort to any young adults, general age of the resort is 60 . Surrounding bars were empty by 9pm

The food was mediocre. Toilet in many rooms clogged. Didn’t have the correct accommodations that we booked. Some of the staff was rude. Cold showers many days

Room and large areas very old n run down looking.
Hot food not very warm, not always covered so didn't retain heat .
No washcloth 14 days
Nice selection at buffets.
Special dinners by the pool very nice
Staff at entrance stood around visiting and laughing with security.
Some staff very nice, others were a little unkind at times.
Housekeeping in our room was wonderful
Pool is beautiful.
Beach area had lots of ants.
Entertainment/activities in the evenings was nice.
Plenty of drinking water available.
Windows, floors, small tables in common areas need cleaning.
Requested a room change day one because we had no furniture. They moved us to a better room day 2.

For the price we paid we didn’t expect much, and we didn’t receive much. The rooms were dated and very sparse. The pool is large but could use a refresh. Like a lot of this property it was adequate but obviously very tired. The food was mediocre at absolute best, breakfast was the best meal out of them all. The Italian buffet was barely palatable & we left to eat at one of the restaurants in town because it was our only option. On some nights they do dinner by the pool restaurant but when we arrived Sunday there was a sign that already indicated steak night on Wednesday was fully booked. The front desk experience was chaotic but the staff were mostly friendly. We booked a 50% off deal but if we had paid much more I would have definitely not been satisfied with the value provided.

Have stayed here many times. Beds have been updated, they have made improvements on alternating dining areas and options. We do eat out most the time. Service at the pool area and pool bar are a bit lacking and slow but is OK. Bathrooms are still the old showers but work. Good location, clean rooms, will stay again.
