Very professional and friendly staff; excellent breakfast buffet …. But really annoying to be see the Aircon working working; building is noisy and room are too small; this hotel should be rated 2 stars max, and priced accordingly (current price/experience ratio isn’t good).

We booked a 2 nights stay in this hotel with flexible rate. The room was terrible, dirty, worn, heating not properly working, bathroom was a total joke. I asked whether they have another room but it was full. So we decided to stay only for 1 night after checking that we can be refunded for the second night. I shared my account information with the hotel and we left the next morning. It has been more than 40 days now, still waiting a refund. Hotel is not responding to my e-mails at all. Accor customer service is only directing my case back to hotel, which is no response again. This has been a terrible experience after staying some decent Ibis hotels. Never again guys sorry…

Hotel with basic rooms, but given that we paid 92 euros per night for a triple room, the price is correct. Clean rooms, equipped with hairdryer, with not great acoustics, as noises could be heard from the corridor. We didn't have breakfast, so we can't judge it. In conclusion, this hotel is fine to stay in a WE. It is located 10 minutes by car from the center of Annecy (when the center is not clogged...).

I would have liked to leave a favorable review for this Hotel to encourage people to stay there but that is not the case. When we arrived, the welcome was not warm. Knowing that I attach a lot of importance to it. We also found bugs in our room and dust under the bed. The lady who took care of the evening service was unpleasant and cold. I hope that the hotel will take into account my opinion and those of people who stayed at the same time as me in order to correct the negative points and offer good service with a warm and pleasant welcome.

3 star hotel no but where are we? The hotel does not even deserve to have one star it is an old hotel not maintained at all it is true that it is 15 minutes from the city but for the rest it is a 00. I would like to mention that I I had a group reservation, I called for over a week but my request was never followed up, the staff is catastrophic! Apart from the first receptionist who received us. The lady who works at the buffet is unpleasant, no sense of business. A breakfast for 12€ supposedly they say they make local products and it's varied but the breakfast looks like what you get in a non-star inn. Dust in insect rooms. No, but really a place that I don't recommend to anyone. We notice the absence of those in charge because the staff really did nothing about the customers….
