Recently redecorated, it offers a fresh and modern feel, along with tea and coffee facilities, fresh linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries. The room itself is on one level, though there are some steps in the hallway leading to it. Our guest rooms are located within the Estate’s Main House, providing a charming and convenient base with easy access to all on‑site facilities. Guests are welcome to enjoy our bar and social club, a friendly hub at the heart of the Estate. It is the ideal place to relax with a drink, meet local residents, or enjoy darts, bar billiards, and regular community events in a warm and sociable atmosphere. The Springbok Estate spans 240 acres of beautiful countryside, perfect for reconnecting with nature. Guests can take peaceful walks through open fields, explore woodland trails in Sidney Wood, or follow scenic routes that link directly to the Wey & Arun Canal. Our private fishing lake offers a tranquil spot, whether you are an experienced angler or simply enjoy relaxing by the water. The Estate is ideally positioned for exploring Surrey and West Sussex, with nearby attractions such as the South Downs National Park, Winkworth Arboretum, Cranleigh village, Guildford, Horsham, and Petworth House and Park.
