Premier Inn Newquay (Seafront)

A great half term break at the Premier Inn. Directly across from Tolcarne Beach so in a great location if you’re after a nice beach. Our family room was really spacious with a sea view & the breakfast is brilliant for a family - such good value for money. If you’re looking for a clean, well located hotel you can’t go wrong. Will be staying here again as a family for sure.

Location was amazing, loved being right across the road from the beach. Breakfast was delicious. And special thanks to Loretta for preparing my room for me, it was very tidy. Can't think of any issues I had staying here. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Really nice premier inn, as always you kind of know what to expect (clean rooms, easily accessible etc). Only downside was the staff seemed very overworked. They were always friendly but took a fair amount of time to get to reception when we pressed the buzzer- because the staff were also busy manning the restaurant!

Had a great few days away here, staff were great, friendly and helpful. Only problem we had was from other guests waking us both up at 1:30am on our last night Reported to reception after a constant 20 mins of it and it was nasty. By then it stopped, but then had it sporadically for the next 2 hours It's patrolled every hour but not a lot they can do if it's not caught

Regan was amazing and very helpful the room was great breakfast would definitely recommend and will stay again bed was comfortable felt like we was at home walking around Newquay was great and great shop options and food places were great….

I came to Newquay for my eldest stepbrother’s wedding. I needed somewhere close to the station and Lusty Glaze Beach. The Premier Inn ticked those two boxes perfectly, I always love booking rooms with Premier Inn because I know exactly what standard I’m getting. The room was fabulously cleaned by Loretta and I felt more than comfortable! It was a short stay but if the opportunity arises to come again I certainly will book another room :)

We arrived at 2pm, the email stated check in from 12-3pm. we were forced to pay an extra ten pounds to check in early despite the email we showed them, the receptionist was very rude and arrogant infront of my two small children, we then went up to our family quad room. Which only had a double bed, we went back to reception and were told that two beds would be made up for us, we went for a short walk then returned to our room they had made two beds that were not suitable for two children under ten. Again the receptionist was rude and arrogant. Me and my partner who is 18 weeks pregnant were forced to give up the double bed so the children could sleep meaning she was on a tiny pull out mattress. We didn't get any sleep at all. we were located in room 201 which you can hear constant noise from people using the stairs. The air-conditioning didn't work so we were very hot over night. The children got very minimal disturbed sleep. We went for breakfast which was 10.99 per person which seemed like a good deal however The breakfast was undercooked and absolutely disgusting and made my partner sick, the coffee machine had run out of beans and the staff were really rude This trip was a complete waste of money and I will be seeking a full refund

a great service, lovely room with a great sea view top standard i was very pleased to note 2 duty manager's danni and trudi, the chef mark i got on with them very well , they all love what they do , i will be back at some time again

Great hotel lovely clean rooms with amazing Seaview.was staying in a plus room with Additional amenities which were very welcomed. Wi-Fi okay, Had issues with the ultimate Wi-Fi but this is quickly resolved. Rooms large and comfortable but the carpet could do with a deep clean quite a few stains. shower good (nice and hot) but water pressure not so good. lavender shower gel smells amazing.
