Location is ideal if you are attending any sporting events as it is on the border of AAMI park with easy access to Rod Laver arena and beyond. Richmond and all the bars and restaurants is just a corner away. I was very happy with the location. There is some road noise at night but nothing that limits your sleeping.

Easy parking, staff were warm and friendly, close to shops and even better for AAMI park access too!

We loved this property! It was clean, welcoming, spacious and very comfortable. It’s in a fantastic location! Awesome underground parking and the staff were super nice and helpful.

It's a great location for events at the MCG and nearby area. The staff were friendly and efficient. The facilities were much better than any at this price. (Obviously prices change all the time based on demand so YMMV.) It's right across the road from the rail station and a 10 min (approx) trip into the CBD.

Great stay. Requested a quiet room which we got. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, staff friendly. Great location ..very happy!

The apartment it self was beautiful. A little flat with everything you need. The area around just didn’t feel safe

Room was very clean. View was amazing. Traffic noise was minimal. Staff were great. Room servicing on request. No noises from adjoining rooms or passageway.

Our corner 1bed apartment on level 5 was very spacious, overlooking Ammi Stadium and parkland training grounds was lovely. Location was great easy walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants, shops and supermarket. Very close to trams and trains, so easy to get around and explore Melbourne. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the apartment was clean, plenty of quality toiletries were provided. We felt the apartment definitely could benefit from having 2 bedside tables and lamps instead of only 1, more than 2 cups and glasses would also be good. Overall we had a lovely 9 night stay, we have no problem in recommending these apartments and will happily stay there again.

Locating the car entry was a little difficult, even with the directions provided for Google Maps. Next time, I’ll probably use public transport since it’s only a short walk from Richmond Station. The location is excellent for attending sporting events and accessing the CBD. I’ll definitely stay here again. Although it’s on a busy road, the apartment itself was very quiet inside and made for a comfortable stay.
