We stayed several times when the hotel was in the interclass network. I even made an excellent assessment in this application. In the Tri network, the whole service, compared to that that was before, fell absurdly. The hotel is still physically the same, but the services are not compared to those previously. There is a girl who serves in the afternoon/night period and the breakfast manager who were exceptions. In general, antipatic and unhumoured team. Extreme disorganization with parking. extremely low quality breakfast (compared with the interclass period). towels, sabbles and very low quality shampoo (if compared to what was before). In short, despite the excellent location, the “Tri” network clearly has many levels below what is expected for the hotel standard they have acquired. A pity. We will not stay even if we won the network free daily. The choice for those who used to the quality that was in the Interclass time is the choice, without mistakes, a little far from the center, but there will certainly be no irritation with anything.
