Spent two nights at the Tropikist and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Clean rooms, nice pool area and great breakfast. WiFi could be a bit stronger but overall great value for money.

It was great for a family vacation, my 7 month baby had no issues adjusting to meal times..high chair was provided. This hotel has plenty little areas where you can relax and yet have your privacy like a beach front with cabanas, a jacuzzi separate from the pool. It is indeed a get away from the everyday routine

Overall, this is a really nice property. My only issue was with the strict dress code for breakfast and dinner. If you’re buying an all-inclusive package you should have some casual dining options.

My wife and I had the breakfast and dinner package and everything tasted amazing. The pool and lamdscaping areas were gorgeous. Our only issue was that the room and bathroom need to be updated. The shower we had was extremely tiny and narrow. There wasnt ventilation in the bathroom area either. The room did not have sufficient electrical outlets and had no usb ports. The room was extremely bright. Thankfully they sent someone to cover the window which made the brightness not so bad but you would think it is morning in the room even when it is nightime. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also dinner was too late (7:00 pm).

The stay was absolutely wonderful! A perfect blend of comfort and luxury - 1 would highly recommend this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Exceptional service! Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Will be back.

Floor in room always was wet. Serious safety issue, slips easy. Paid allinclusive meals meals should include a drink. Better and stronger wifi
