Crystal Sunrise Queen Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

This hotel was everything we was expecting and more, the staff, food and hotel in general was amazing, We had absolutely no problems with the hotel apart from the fact it was full of Germans and Russians and you have to get up early to reserve a sun bed or they will be gone The food is soo good and thats no exaggeration, I’ve been to turkey before and when i saw the reviews i thought yeah ok the food should be ok but seriously every day i never had a problem trying to find food to eat at the hotel, so much soo we never went out for food at there was no need too. If you are looking to go out please make sure you walk to your left out of the hotel and up the hill and walk further down as the further you go down the cheaper it gets, the prices otherwise are astronomical for drinks and food, we never found this out till our last night 🙈 and stay away from the bars on the beach if you don’t want to be ripped off, a local gin and tonic cost £10 we was gobsmacked The staff at the hotel i could not fault they work tirelessly and i never saw a frown on one of them, they are ever so friendly albeit the english is a little broken but they try there best and that made it for us, always smiling and couldn't do enough for us All in all if your looking for a great hotel with great food and friendly staff i would highly recommend this place for sure

Still here now and i cant fault the staff...first room was very disappointing decor wise very dated but had a fabulous view but the manager kindly approved our upgrade us to a more modern room with a kids pool view 😩 but it was fine with us much better decor..all lovely very polite and nothing is too much trouble and a credit to the hotel...rooms and hotel itself needs a good overhaul (a hotel room should be on par or better than your bedroom at home...i feel this hotels rooms arnt what they could-should be...althou they are spotlessly clean) foods passable althou had better but thats a matter of taste...drinks all non branded spirits which is a first in any hotel ive holidayed in..disappointing..barman in adults only pool (shaved head...sorry cant remember his name) excellent at his job and a credit to your hotel..all in all a very relaxing holiday so far

I don’t know who is leaving 5* reviews for this hotel but they must be getting paid. We arrived on the 26th of May to a building site. Promised 9 pools…only 1.5 were open. Promised 12 bars and restaurants, only 1 open. All the photos on “On the Beaches” website for this hotel are fake. We had to find alternative accommodation otherwise we would have actually gone home. The place is not fit for guests. The pools were either green, or empty. During the only meal service we were there for there was what I can only image to be an angle grinder going off in the background. DO NOT BOOK

The entertainment group is super friendly especially Bulut and Casper. There is still renovation going on but it is not annoying at all. overall the staff, quality of service and food is very good. The rooms are clean and they clean the rooms regularly.

We've visited the resort in late May, just around the time they opened for the year. The environment is really nice, the place is very esthetic, with an amazing view of the sea. The services overall are amazing, servers are gentle and very attentive, the cleaning team is always doing a great job at cleaning the rooms and adjacent areas. The food is food and there is a variety in courses and options, everything is fresh and really tasty. The best part of the resort is the animation team, the group is amazing and it makes you feel like you are among friends. They have a wide variety of activities, there isn't a dull moment with them. During the day are playing games and keeping company to the guests, during the night the create the best party atmosphere and the make every guest feel included and appreciated. I recommend this hotel for everyone that wants to have a relaxed and fun vacation. Bonus for the Side area is the historical city rich of history and ethic shops.

Fantastic resort to have a peaceful and relaxing vacation . Too many activities beach, various restaurants inside the resort all inclusive providing. Very kind and welcoming staff... Really the food quality and tastes are so good and available in huge quantities.

We booked the hotel knowing that the hotel has a new owner. We stayed next door at Crystal Sunset, and we were hoping to get at least the same comfort. I won't mention the outdated rooms as I understand that massive renovation will take place this winter. I was disappointed to find only one receptionist working on a shift with lots of checkouts and check-ins . After 30 min on the queue, we went to our room and discovered that it wasn't the room we booked. Rang the reception, but there no answer. Went to reception, and eventually, after 10 min, i was told that an extra bed would be set in that room. The majority of the staff was very nice, but unfortunately, i had to deal with a few extremely rude bartenders. Bar offering was very poor. Not a single one international brand. Not to mention that there are no beers in the mini fridge in the room. One day, we decided to use the Turkish bath and sauna. It was 5.15 pm. The closing time was 6.30 pm. However, everything was switched off When I asked the staff why everything is switched off 75 min before closing time they said, ..sorry, no English." Anyway we tried to ignore the issues and to enjoy our holiday. Location was perfect and once renovation will take place we are willing to try this hotel again.

We had such a remarkable holiday I cannot even put it into words…The service is superb! The architecture is stunning! Only the rooms are old which wasn’t a huge deal for us. I’ve been told that the rooms will be renovated any way. Hands down the best holiday I had in Antalya
