Old and not well kept The people are nice. But the rooms were horrible. Ants in one bed so we used the other bed only to wake up with bugs crawling under our sheet. The fixtures were rusty and the floor was full of sand. We would never stay here again.

Air conditioning barely kept up with the heat. Everything in the room felt damp. No light bulbs in the night stands. Limited electrical receptacles. Ice machine was inoperable the entire stay. Not hardly resort status. Snorkeling was great and boat staff was excellent. Front desk and employees were helpful.

When booking on line the room states it slept 6. 2 queens and a pullout couch. The pull out couch was broken and unable to be used. The walls had plaster coming off of them, a whole in the ceiling, orange slim on the shower curtain, air conditioners were not working well so the rooms were hot. We turned on the ceiling fan to circulate the air and it wobbled and made a grinding noise so bad we thought it would fall out of the ceiling. And let’s talk about the clean sheets that were stained and the crumbs on the futon and couch which were probably left for the rats we saw outside. On a positive note it didn’t smell like cigarette smoke and the 4 locks on the outside door made us feel extra safe along with the dead bolt and lock on the bedroom door.

Nice place by Bahia Honda and very close to Keys Overall the stay was nice. Good space. Clean. Manager was nice. Pool was clean. Very good rock band that plays at night also country. Bar is standard and the food offered was ok but that’s because they were still fixing something’s and the pizza was good. The only issue I had was the front desk who didn’t have our room ready and responded to everything you need to ask “upon request”. We came during check in time at 3pm and the man didn’t bother to see if our room was ready and said to come back at 4pm until the manager came and looked for us and it was ready. Then similar issue on front desk we had asked for more towels to shower and we used for pool too and they gave us a hard time for towels that we need to ask upon request and that’s what we were doing. We were the only ones using the pool. Even with this happening me and my family did have a nice time and enjoyed the place regardless.

Hotel is pretty run down. First room they gave us the air conditioner was leaking and the door wouldn't lock correctly, like someone had previosly knocked the door in. they did switch us rooms and the room was ok. A/C worked great, sheets were clean. Everything else meh!! Wouldn't stay here again.

Older property but comfortable Basic accommodations, nothing fancy, the property is showing its age. The toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall and the paper was on the back of the toilet. However, the room was clean, the a/c worked fine, the bed was comfortable, and the property is a lower-priced alternative to the high-priced hotels in Key West. Previews reviews had commented that the rooms near the bar get a lot of noise, so I requested a quiet room and they gave me the one furthest from the bar. It was quiet. I would stay there again.

Good reasonable stop in the Keys No frills, but clean and comfortable. Room was spacious (I believe our room-29 was fully accessible- had roll in shower) There were some food trucks/stands on site- the donut/desert one was fantastic. We didn’t go into the tiki bar, but it looked like fun. Be aware though, on a Friday night, the music was loud well into the late night hours. It didn’t bother me, I can sleep through a bomb, but it might be a problem for light sleepers.
