Great hotel. Free parking and not far from places. Nice stay overall. The underground parking is nice and secure

Everything’s great, just a bit far from the Old Town, but it’s got all the facilities you need

Hotel is basically not so good compared other Exe I have been stayed in Spain. It seems a bit overestimated as classed four stars. Double bed was not so big and a bit uncomfortable and noisy. Room is average/small size with 16/18 sqm included bathroom. Bathroom is not equipped with the usual toiletries that a 4 stars but also 3 stars hotel has. Very bad and unacceptable the WiFi: No possible to work there with remote meeting and a lot of time waiting for download emails. It seems to be back 30 years with the modem speed. No comment for breakfast as I didn’t try it as in my opinion too expensive for the kind of breakfast I want to do.

I love this hotel, but it's a bit far from the city center, and buses run every hour. However, it's close to the AVE station and the only shopping center in the city, so I also find it very accessible. Breakfast is a bit pricey—it cost me 13 euros a day—but there are many dishes and a variety of food.

各方面都非常好的酒店，很新很乾凈，酒店房間有準備一大瓶水，床墊被子都非常舒服。房間晚上很安靜，睡得很好，酒店旁邊還有個特別漂亮的小公園，有空一定過去看看。酒店旁邊有個加油站和麥當勞，也很方便。去昆卡懸屋和火車站的公交站都在附近步行可達。另外因為火車是1點半的，跟前台申請1點退房也同意了，點贊。（小小的建議，如果床頭能多一個插座就好了，另外備一塊洗衣皂）

我們訂了浪漫房和停車人庫。 酒店安排了champagne和巧克力給我們，前台女的給我們服務很好，很熱情❤️。房間也大，乾淨！ 很喜歡這個酒店

El hotel está bastante bien. La habitación es amplia y la cama es cómoda. Si ubicación, si no se quiere estar retirado delmce.trp es perfecta, al menos para nosotros que somos andarines. El desayuno muy bueno y teniA de todo y el personal que nos atendía por las mañanas para desayunar super amable.

Las personas con las que tratamos en nuestra estancia en el hotel, fueron de lo más amables y comprensivos. El detalle del desayuno para los que no tomamos buffet, está genial, poder tomar un café y una tostada y solo pagar por ello. Hicimos uso del gimnasio y dejo algo que desear... estaba frío y algunas de las máquinas estaban fuera de servicio.

Excelente el personal de recepción, de la cocina de la limpieza
