Hotel regular, atención nefasta,no hay nadie durante el fin de semana, además te ofrecen desayuno ( pero la chica que estaba dando el desayuno, necesita un curso de amabilidad y educación) pedí un café y de malas formas me dijo que si quería un café antes de desayunar que lo tenía que pagar ,lo cual le contesté varias veces que claro que se lo pagaba( se veia que no entendia bien el castellano,pues mas me gritaba que no me lo ponia si no se lo pagaba,ya puse un billete encima de la barra y ya me lo puso,despues ya en el desayuno me puso una tostada grande( me puso dos porciones pequeñas de mantequilla,y pobre de mi que se me ocurrio pedirle otra porción,ni pagando me daba otra,asi que comi un trozo de tostada sin nada)

El año pasado estuvimos de fin de semana 9 personas en el Hotel Mirador y nuestra experiencia fue buena por lo que en 2023 decidimos repetir. Este año ha sido un desastre. Dos familias con niños y sin poder pegar ojo en todo el fin de semana porque tenían eventos en la parte del restaurante y la música hasta las 6 de la mañana sin dejar dormir a nadie. Insonorización lamentable y nadie en la recepción por la noche para poder bajar a quejarnos. Al final dos días sin dormir y el fin de semana en Madrid destrozado porque no podíamos con nuestras vidas.Al día siguiente al pedir explicaciones en recepción sólo nos dijeron que lo sentian.No volveremos más.

La habitación muy bien,las camas muy comodas,el desayuno incluido no esta mal,el personal muy amable,lo que si es verdad que si quieres despertarte temprano no hace falta poner el despertador porque ya te despiertan los demás clientes haciendo ruido,las paredes son papel de fumar,lo mas cercano de ocio es torrejón de ardoz que la verdad tiene de todo, aparcamiento en la puerta del hotel,por lo demás ninguna pega,todo correcto,de hecho iba con cheque wonderbox y no hubo ninguna pega,se tramitó sin problema
