Muy buena experiencia, desde el momento en que nos recibieron el personal para el check in bastante bien muy atentos mi habitación tardo un poco pero nos permitieron estar en el área de restaurante y alberca mientras nos daban nuestra habitación muy buen servicio por cierto. En restaurante nos pedimos unos snacks mientras era el tiempo de espera deliciosos por cierto. Las habitaciones muy bien, limpias y confortables, cerca del centro todo excelente. Definitivamente volvemos.

As I am spending so much time writing this negative review, I hope you can appreciate that if I do it is because it is very upsetting to spend money or the money of companies or institutions that pay this hotel to host their guests to be treated and talked in such an unprofessional way while it is also sad that the hard work of all the other staff members is tainted by one really unprofessional waiter.
