Upon arrival, there were no towels in the room. Tired and dying to take a shower, we only had the same 4 hours later.
There was a spider on the wall that had been kicked before and it stayed there until we left. The air drain looks like it has never been cleaned. I imagine the type of air we breathe. I paid for valet parking, and it never showed up. I complained at the reception and they said I should have called by phone and it would be there in about 20 minutes. That is if they answered the phone! There's no point wasting time because they don't answer. If you have breakfast after 9 am it is better to go to a bakery, as there was no more cheese or fruit, butter is a luxury, only margarine was served.
Cake all broken. There wasn't a whole piece. Omelet, I waited 20 minutes for it to be made and it came swimming in oil. There was either sliced bread or mini French bread, all black from the baker's pans. To drink yogurt, only in a cup because pots never appeared. Cutlery and plates, we had to wait about 20 minutes to be washed, as they weren't available at the buffet. There was no guest who didn't complain at the cafe. A shame for a hotel chain that should be prepared to receive guests. It seems like they didn't learn.
In short, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Pay a little more, but be treated like a guest. At check out I asked for proof of my expenses and the printer didn't work. I'm waiting on my email. Will it arrive? Just annoyance.
