Hotel Elo Inn

The hotel is no longer part of the Elo In chain, but the phone number still belongs to the Andrade chain. Check-in was scheduled for noon, but upon arrival, I was told it wouldn't be until 2 p.m. After insisting, as that was the reservation offer, I managed to check in about half an hour late. The room I stayed in (302) was a closed extension of another room, so there was no phone, and if I needed information, I had to go down to reception. There was no hot air, despite the cold. The shower stall is tiny, and an obese person certainly wouldn't be able to shower there. The breakfast is okay for the price.

The service and staff were very good, the only thing was that the socket next to the bed didn't work.

Well located, cozy, great breakfast. Absolutely incredible! The only problem was the shower heating up properly, but otherwise everything was fine. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel is good if you're looking for this type of establishment with good value. The breakfast is simple but meets the needs. The shower heats, there's a bed, blanket, TV, and air conditioning (old but functional). For travelers looking for a good price but not staying in a medieval dungeon, this is the place.

The staff are helpful and attentive, but the physical structure of the building needs improvement, the bathroom is very small with several signs of oxidation in the pipes, on the first day there was no hot water and the room was very humid, including signs of water accumulation on the ceiling.

This time it was horrible, the air conditioning didn't work, the shower didn't heat up at night, the bathroom smelled, the TV didn't turn on... it left a lot to be desired.

Adorei minha estadia! O hotel é muito agradável, com instalações confortáveis e bem cuidadas. O café da manhã estava excelente, com boa variedade e tudo muito saboroso. Além disso, os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos durante toda a hospedagem. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo!
