Hotel bem bem localizado.. Acomodações novas e confortáveis, bom atendimento, café da manhã bem variado.

Por ser um hotel 4 estrelas o café da manhã poderia ser melhor. O maior problema é em relação à arrumação do quarto. Esquecem de repor as toalhas e papel higiênico. Aliás, assim que entramos no quarto não havia nenhum papel higiênico. Ficamos hospedados 5 noites e teve 1 dia que não limparam o quarto. Falta capricho na arrumação das camas e não lavaram e nem trocaram os copos nenhum dia. Deixaram do jeito que usamos. Um ponto positivo é o filtro de água disponível na recepção para enchermos nossa garrafinha pois pagar 10,00 por 1 garrafa de água é demais.

Gostei do hotel de forma geral, ótima localização. O quarto é muito confortável, amplo, com uma boa ducha. O café da manhã deixa a desejar: não tem opções de pão e outros doces/salgados sem glúten, e os pratos quentes estavam gelados.

Hotel confortável, novo, ótimo café da manhã e boa localização. Bom chuveiro, toalhas e roupas de camas novas e de boa qualidade. Recomendo.

A great place to stay. Clean, good sized room, great service and a wide range of options included in the breakfast. I would return in the future.

This hotel is our favourite hotel in Curitiba. In the past 5 years we have stayed at 3 other hotels in Curitiba that did not meet our expectations. We stayed at Intercity-Batel last year and liked it as it is a new hotel with all up to date amenities ie you can only get off the elevator floor that has your room, there is the varied buffet breakfast and friendly Receptionists. Special mention goes to Paula who has handled our comings and goings the past 2 years.
