The first time we stayed, we were put in a room on the ground floor near reception. There was no soundproofing; you could hear everyone and everything! The room had no ventilation, and the humidity was 100%. After taking a shower, the evaporation was so intense that water ran down the walls. There was a dehumidifier in the room, but it didn't really help. The humidity made the room cold, though there was a small heater. The second time, we asked for a different room and were put on the second floor. The room was slightly better, but the humidity and ventilation were the same. The breakfast was very basic—scrambled eggs, waffles, and yogurt, every day. Overall, the only positives were the location and the helpful staff!

You could walk to restaurants, the square, and travel agencies.

The location of this hotel was conveniently close to the main square. The room was very big with comfortable and clean beds. The bathroom was very spacious as well, but the bathtub seemed old due to its yellow tint on the floor and the shower missing a glass door in the back to prevent water from splashing. Other than this, the room and hotel service were great.

LOCATION LOCATION, right at Plaza de Armas Cuzco, next to Starbucks.
Perfect to relax the first day, went walking around the plaza the second day, great restaurants, stores, bars, coffee shops next by. Breakfast included, very nice ladies took our breakfast order every morning, excellent coffee!!

The hotel is well-located in front of the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. There are plenty of restaurants and interesting things to see within walking distance. The room was clean and the staff were really helpful. The bathroom was clean, but taking a shower was messy. There was no shower curtain, so a lot of water spilled onto the floor. Also, a lot of humidity built up as the bathroom fan was not powerful enough. Additionally, be aware of the noise coming from the Starbucks.
