I really liked this hotel. The inside is well decorated and although there is loud music at night there are ear plugs provided. Do not stay here if you are sensitive to noise though. The breakfast is delicious too.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and right off the Plaza de Armas, close to shopping, the Inka museum and restaurants. The only downfall to the location was the proximity to bars and disco clubs. You can hear music, people and the bass all night long (on weekends until 5:30 am). Other than that, it was a great stay! I would just recommend to wear the earplugs at night.

The location is super convenient, right in the middle of restaurants and bars. However, it gets really noisy at night, with the music not stopping until after 3 AM every night. I stayed for three days, and on one morning there was no hot water. The breakfast was basic, but the decor is quite unique. You can get a good view from the 4th floor.

This hotel is located on Cusco's biggest bar street. The entire building vibrates with music until 4 AM, even with earplugs (which the hotel provides) and noise-canceling headphones, you can still hear it. Sleeping is quite difficult... Otherwise, it's a nice hotel, but the bathroom had a bit of a smell, as did the towels...

The hotel looks very nice and the staff is also very friendly but sadly the location is the worst. We were put into the “quiet” rooms yet we couldn’t sleep at all even though the hotel provided ear plugs aswell. The party in the area and music go on from 8 pm to 6 am… So after the 2nd night we had to checkout and find a new hotel to finally get some rest…

Да, This is a wonderful place to stay in Cusco. The hotel is cozy, clean, and has a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent — perfect for walking around the city and relaxing after a long day. A special highlight is the breakfast — absolutely divine. Everything is fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, with a great variety. You can really feel the care for guests. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended.
