The hotel isn't bad, although it's true it's not the best I've ever stayed in. It could use a bit more cleaning and better maintenance. What they don't tell you is that to get to the hotel you have to climb a steep hill, which doesn't help at all with altitude sickness. They offer breakfast, although it's rather meager. The staff is very attentive and helpful.
