Top notch service. Very nice place. One of the best hotels so far. We had oxygen supplied into the room via the ventilation system to help us acclimatise. The entire minibar is included and refillable, the variety of drinks and snacks is amazing. Very personalised guest’s relations service. The room service food is very delicious in comparison to the entire Peru.

Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

This hotel has it all—convenient location, great food, and incredible history. You are a 2 minute walk from the main square but it’s quiet inside the complex. The rooms are big and clean. The two courtyards are soothing to the soul and you can spend hours sitting there. If you get a chance, take a look at the art collection and spend some time admiring the chapel.

Simply exceptional throughout our stay of 3 nights. Fantastic room with amazing beds and the service was so friendly and warm. We will definitely be visiting again, this is a must stay at hotel!!

This hotel was amazing! We decided to go to Cusco on a whim and chose the Belmont because we wanted to experience monastery architecture. We were not disappointed at all. We were upgraded to a loft room, and the complimentary fruit, drinks, and snacks were more than we could possibly finish. The service was attentive and thoughtful. We also visited the hotel's own museum. It was a truly wonderful hotel experience!
