Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Cusco

Our stay at Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Cusco, was truly wonderful. The hotel is rich in history and character, with beautiful architecture and thoughtfully preserved details that reflect Cusco’s remarkable heritage. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest after exploring the city. The hotel’s central location is also excellent, making it convenient to visit Cusco’s main attractions on foot. The service throughout our stay was warm, attentive, and professional. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured that everything was well taken care of. We also enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, breakfast, and elegant atmosphere. Overall, Palacio del Inka offers an excellent combination of history, comfort, location, and hospitality. It is a memorable place to stay in Cusco, and we would happily return.

Beautiful hotel with service and food and decor to match. Located 10 mins easy walk from the main square and was unexpectedly upgraded to a large period suite. I doubt that there are two rooms which are exactly the same in this hotel. U won't go wrong booking this hotel.

I have been scammed here! Be aware and if you are looking for a luxurious experience this is far from that concept. I paid for the highest category with the highest price, and I ended up finding out that the category I paid for, doesn’t exist and it was just a trap to take the money from people, there is no difference between categories. I paid for “ the Palace Suite” and that was my view and I barely fit in my bed. The hotel is a scam.
