Intiwatana Hotel Boutique

The reception staffs were helpful and efficient. There was a rest corner with a comfortable sofa in the lobby which hot water, coca tea and different tea bags were provided for guests.

This place is unsanitary is dirty beds are all dirty with human hair all over blood stains and not clean shower’s are filthy and clogged with hair

Rooms were nasty, bed full of hair and stains. Fly was in our room. No heater, foul odor upon entering the room. Showers were not properly cleaned. Stains on walls and hair all over the floor.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Cusco, 3 min walk to a main Plaza (plaza de armas), and the most iconic and historical places in Cusco. The rooms are super comfortable, everything clean, the receptionist always open to help anytime, and the breakfast (buffet) always fresh and delicious. Definitely the place to stay in while visiting Cusco.

Very central for Cusco attractions. Helpful and friendly staff. No problems with this hotel. I Used as a base for hiking choqaquerio trail

The location is perfect, the staff is helpful and friendly. The room was a bit cold but perfect with the thick blankets for good sleep. My rooms were clean and I had a good stay here.

The Intiwatana hotel is extremely charming. Lots of character, friendly service from Monica and the rest of the team and the location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay before and after our Macchu Picchu adventure. The tea station in the lobby is a nice touch and the blankets are so warm and comfortable for sleeping.

We liked the stay in this hotel, very lovely atmosphere, the breakfasts were good and fresh. The staff kindly provided us with the heater.

Excellent service. My family and I really enjoyed staying at the Intiwatana. Juan Carlos, Monica and Angela provided great customer service. We felt very welcomed!
