The Front Desk there is awful. They are very rude. You asked for their name. They will not tell you you asked to talk to management and they won't let you talk to management. They said they don't have no number for management and they won't even give me their real name. They said they don't have to, and I paid the dog fee every day my dog got some dirt on her feet and got on the bed and there was like paw prints on it but when they came to change the bed lines, they kept my deposit because they said they have to send those out to get them cleaned. It was just dirt. I could've got it out but they made a big deal about it and they kept my deposit of $150 because of that

One of the worst two star motels I’ve stayed at. I do not expect much with a two star hotel, but this was ridiculous. Not only was the room cold and poorly furnished, without any basic amenities, but the Wi-Fi did not work. When I addressed the issue to the Front Desk staff, the young Indian man shrugged his shoulders and said, “oh well.” Typical family run Hotel, which only cares about the dollar and not customer service; because they know you’re most likely not returning.

The room was ok not spotless and the staff was courtesy but the only issues was that the promotion said free breakfast and they don't give any because they eliminated.

There is no international breakfast included. There is an IHOP in front of the motel. The sheets are so thin that there are holes from a high heat dryer in them. We booked for 6 people. There were 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat and 1 bath cloth.

We booked through *******, but when we arrived the staff said they couldn’t find our reservation, leaving us stuck at the front desk with no urgency or explanation. Extremely unprofessional. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bed was uncomfortable, and there were roaches comings out from the sink. Staff was dismissive and unhelpful, and the amenities didn’t match what was advertised. Not worth the money or the stress. Avoid this hotel.

Room was very dirty, dead cockroaches in the bathrooms. Hair in the toilet, shower, and floors.

Convince of having IHOP walking distance for dinner and breakfast, the room didn't feel clean seen strangers hair stuck to the shower curtain, some type of bug on the roof in the bathroom, also poop stains on back of toilet behind the seat . Got a $150 hold deposit on my card I didn't know about upfront which was an unpleasant surprise. when booking through ******* had no mention of deposits, it did get returned a few days later.

Only one toilet paper and the front office staff was rude and 150$ down payment was outrageous
