CHiEM HoiAn - The Beachside Boutique Hotel & Villa

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip to Vietnam this time. The staff were incredibly welcoming. They allowed us to check in early since we arrived from Da Nang in the morning and wanted to spend time at the beach. The room was amazing – spacious, well-appointed, and full of light. It's just a 1-minute walk to the beach, and the hotel provides beach towels. There's even a water basin near the entrance for washing off sand after the beach. Plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The hotel is small but very cozy. It's located by the sea, so you'll need to take a taxi to Hoi An's old town, but that wasn't a downside for us.

Even though we only stayed one night, our impressions were excellent 🫶🏻. We truly rested and recharged after our flight. The location is superb, just a stone's throw from the sea, and breakfast and sauna access are included in the price. We checked in late in the evening, and while the pool closes at 9 PM, the kind receptionists let us have a quick swim. We especially want to commend the female receptionists; they were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the service was top-notch. The hotel is small but very cozy and quiet – it's one of those places that looks much better in real life than in the pictures. Thank you so much! 🌺🩷

Wonderful hotel. I found it quite innovative that breakfast could be ordered online in advance. The location is also great, just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, and close to the beach, which I also really liked.

The taxi can only drop you off at the intersection, but it's just a short walk from there. The hotel itself is very comfortable. The front desk staff were concise, friendly, and patient. The room had no strange odors and boasted a fantastic window view. The soundproofing was excellent too. Basically, I couldn't find any faults. It was a very comfortable stay.
