Room is not big and small. Just right when you mostly spend the time out side. Room is bot that clean as I can see the thick dust upper the AC. Toilet is not that clean and water can come out from the showering area , made the rug soak water. Breakfast is disappointing, not many choices for main dish, taste not good, just eat to survive, dining area is small as it’s packed with tables, no space to walk. Egg station and the sink behind are dirty. Will not go back again

Location is good, hotel room is very clean too! Turn right and you walk 2 min to a really nice coffee shop with great pastries! Receptionist is also very helpful and friendl

We had a nice and relaxing stay at Mercy Emerald Hotel. It has a good location - 3-min walk to My Khe Beach, a few minutes walk to the famous Bep Cuon restaurant, and near to a lot of coffee shops, convenience stores, spas, ATMs, and souvenir shops. Although the hotel is not new, they are able to maintain its cleanliness. They clean the room everyday. They offer a variety of dishes for breakfast daily. Most of all, the staff are warm, friendly, and very attentive, especially Kane who has been very helpful to us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel is very fine. The gym was a disappointment though. There was a very old and dusty treadmill, a bench and dumbells (5kg, 7,5kg and 10kg). The gym is kind of used as a storage room, as there are many chairs stacked in there which doesn’t leave you with very much room

Very tidy and perfect location, just 3 blocks away to the beach! Staff is very polite and friendly. Try the pool view in the golden time! It is amazing 🤩

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was good with enough variety. The location was very convenient too (within 5 mins walk to the beach and a lot of famous restaurants including the Michelin guided Bep Cuon).overall great value for money ~ highly recommended!

Spacious family room with city view. Great service, staffs understands english and try to communicate. They allow luggage to be stored prior to check in and after check out. Location is the best, nearby the beach. Grocery store, pharmacy and Restaurants even banks are walking distance. Breakfast is unlimited with lot of choices.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and spas nearby. It's also a quick ride to the airport. The hotel entrance and lobby are quite grand and stand out on the street. The rooftop bar and garden are lovely, offering direct sea views, although the pool is a bit small and was empty when I visited due to the weather. The deluxe room had an interior window, which felt a bit cramped, and the walls had some marks, so it wasn't super clean. However, the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast offered a decent selection and was quite acceptable.

Good location since this is near the beach. Value for money is great, just wished our room had windows with a view and sunlight. Breakfast is good, theres just some chipping on the walls. Would recommend!

The hotel seems new, clean and neat. The breakfast is okay, the location is good to every way especially The Khe Beach.
