Excellent hotel, located 5 minutes from the sea, surrounded by many cafes, shops and massage parlors. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the cleaning is excellent. The breakfasts are delicious, I especially liked the pho-bo soup. The staff is very polite and friendly, quick check-in.

This hotel is run by a Korean owner, and I saw many Korean guests staying here. Besides the standard breakfast items, they also offered Korean bibimbap, which was a great and unique addition to the rich variety. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows with a wide, open view and beautiful scenery. There's also a pool on the top floor. The location is fantastic, very close to My Khe Beach, just a short walk away, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff's English was fluent, so communication was smooth, and their service was very reliable. I especially want to commend an employee named Hanna: I urgently needed my visa while I was out but had left it in my room. After contacting the hotel, Hanna was incredibly helpful and responsible. She confirmed my identity via WhatsApp video call, then found my visa in the room, took a photo, and sent it to me. She professionally and efficiently helped me solve a big problem, for which I am very grateful. Upon check-in, we also received complimentary drink vouchers, which was a thoughtful little surprise. On the downside: the cleanliness needs improvement. Some facilities and corners had dust, indicating that the cleaning wasn't thorough enough. I hope they can improve this in the future. Overall, the service, breakfast, and views were all outstanding. If the cleanliness could be improved, it would be absolutely perfect.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, especually Hanna, she arranged a good driver for our two-day trip and help us to improve the air condition while it was malfuntion. She always carries a smile on her face and treats clients with heart, passion and is professional. Also, another staff Cam at Food and Beverage is very friendly. He always smiles and cares about what we want to eat on the breakfast. The staff with good services are the main assets for this hotel.

The service here is incredibly good and it's very affordable. They have a pool and a free, extensive breakfast. This was the best hotel experience I had in Vietnam. They even offer complimentary drinks and, when I checked out, they helped carry my luggage to the car.

I have an enjoyable stay in this hotel. The service is relatively good compare with the price. Thumbs up to their staffs. friendly and helpful. Besides, the buffet breakfast was super good. The self service Korean Bibimbap was really yummy. The extra bonus mark is their free coffee drinks in their cafe, the taste for coconut coffee was really good. The only downside is there was always wet in the toilet as there was puddle in the bathroom. Overall, I love to stay in this hotel and will come back if I visit to Danang again.

Overall is acceptable. walkable to nearby mart, food and beach. But Bed is not comfortable. Cleanliness is need to improve. Breakfast acceptable but cannot give high hopes. Swimming pool is under maintenance but management did not inform before trip confirmed.

The room was comfortable. TV too small for room size. Bed ok. Toiletries provided and good. Breakfast is decent, and it's not bad. Clean place. Pool on the roof, but there's no gym as they indicate. Staff fairly polite

I arrived late during that day but the hotel is very easy to find. The hotel people are very nice and welcoming. The hotel’s room is good and very budget friendly but good and comfortable. I will come back soon and stay at the same accommodation.

Nice location near beach

Excellent value stay. Special shout out for Oonie on reception for her charming friendly manner and lending me her phone charger for a few days. Qang the doorman also for his extra special friendly charm.

The hotel is good overall with nice service The welcome coffee is a nice touch. However, the bedding and towels should be renewed, as they look quite old and worn. It would really improve the overall experience.
