I highly recommend staying here! The room is spacious and clean. They have TV that can access to Youtube and Netflix no HDMI wire is needed they also have a hair dyer. The location is very nice, center of the city, you can explore Danang tourist spots such as Pink cathedral less than 20 mins by walking. If you love local Vietnamese food like me this place is wonderful to stay because there are many restaurants to try around here. Overall, It was great experience staying here! Thank you so much for taking a good care of us. P.s. A housekeeping comes to make up the room everyday (just hang the door tag) 5 stars hotel-service with affordable price.

Literally a home away from home, 5/5. Honestly, I was a bit hesitated at first because the hotel was new and there were no reviews. But it turned out amazing!! Staffs are thoughtful and very helpful. Room is spacious, amenities are good. Water pressure is ok. You can also do the laundry for free here. Location is great and there are lots of foodstalls on the street.

Jim's home has its own store on the first floor, selling snacks, instant noodles, drinking water, beverages and other items. Drinking water is provided in the lobby. This is the second time I have checked in. The staff at the counter this time are different from the last time, but they can still talk in simple English. I forgot to take photos of the room this time, but the room felt comfortable and clean; if you want to check in with large luggage, there is an elevator on the ground floor (at the back of the store) for use.

It is clean as it has been remodeled. The location is a bit ambiguous, but there are many inexpensive restaurants (especially breakfast) in front of the accommodation. Of course, if you use the cheap Grab, location issues are not a big concern. There is noise beyond the window at night, and it is locals chatting while drinking tea in the store. There is also a terrace on the 5th floor. The staff are very friendly.

First of all, one thing that is disappointing is that the TV hasn't been on for 5 days. I stayed for 5 nights... You have to wait until the shower water flows down well at first before showering. Other than that, there are no other inconveniences. The facilities are clean, but there is no soundproofing.

The hotel environment is clean and hygienic, with a sky garden, well-equipped, and attentive. The whole hotel is full of fragrance. The front desk speaks fluent English, is polite, and is very kind.

The room is super super nice and clean. Located in the center so it's easy to get around. The receptionists are extremely friendly and cute. I also received a lovely name tag from home. Next time if I have a chance, I will definitely book here again ❤️

Some of the staff are fluent in English, so communication is easy and all staff are very friendly. As it is a new accommodation, it is in clean condition and is very easy to access on the first day of entering Vietnam. You can find restaurants, cafes and beauty shops with high Google ratings nearby at reasonable prices. We recommend leaving your luggage before and after check-in and visiting Han Market and Pink Cathedral. I understand that laundry service is also provided. There is a well-organized rest area on the top floor, and Grab drivers often visit, making it a good place to order food.

The room was very cute with a pastel green concept. It was clean and I was very satisfied.

The facility has been remodeled, so it differs greatly from the photos. The service was good, but when I arrived late, the shutter was down.

I had to make a separate reservation out of necessity, but they allowed me to stay for consecutive nights and were friendly and neat. Everything was good except that I could hear all the street noise.

Very cute accommodation, green, convenient to travel, close to tourist attractions, lovely staff, kind owner.

This is the hotel I chose for 0.5 nights on the last day. I made a reservation because the pictures on the screen looked good value for money. In reality, I liked it even more. The location of the air conditioner was a bit disappointing, but it was clean. It was even better because there was a bunk bed that kids liked~ I think I will choose it again the next time I visit.

-) When I entered the room, there were disposable items that someone had used, and there was a constant dripping sound in the bathroom, water was leaking from the shower head, and the bathroom was small. +) There is noise in the hallway, but outside noise is quiet, friendly staff, and good quality tissues. p.s. Hotel shutters come down at dawn, so don't panic if you arrive late. There is a bell on the wall to the right of the shutter.
